Use the included screwdriver to tighten top plate before use!
Very impressed with this machine. For the price and with all the attachments, you really can’t beat it. The attachments are easy to change and the YouTube videos (accessible through QR codes in the instruction manual) are very helpful. So far have only tried the t-shirt press, will update when I use the other attachments.Many other reviews said that the top heat plate comes off easily and falls to the floor. There is a simple explanation and a super easy solution for this. The top tee-shirt heat plate is removable so you can swap it out with the plate press attachment. Before use, before plugging it in even, TIGHTEN THE SCREWS THAT ATTACH THE HEAT PLATE TO THE SWING ARM with the included screw-driver/allen wrench combo tool. It’s the perfect length to fit through the holes in the pressure-adjustment thingy. This was never stated in the instructions but I figured it out pretty quick when I swung the arm around and the top plate went plop.All in all, I definitely recommend this heat press.

Seems to be great
Im new to the Heat press thing but mine came well packaged, not rusted, not broken and heats up great! Ive done 3 shirts so far. I haven't used the attachments yet and dont know if I will for a while but all in all works pretty great! Im happy

Garbage, unusable. Avoid at all costs. Will ruin your projects
Total piece of junk. Do not waste your money. Hat press just wrinkles everything no matter how you secure it including having a second person hold the hat secure. Terrible heating. Set for 380 degrees f it shows 380 in the very middle but drops to 100 quickly as you move from the center. Handle on the flat press came loose like its ready to fall off. Very light use so far and it does not produce usable results. Ruined too much product already, would love to hear from the seller on this.

I like it
The instructions were not very good but I found a YouTube video that walked me through the whole set up process and how to use the different attachments. Seems good only used it once so far for a shirt.

Not worth your money
The heat press doesn't heat evenly but gets the job done. The mug press broke after making a few mugs. I have yet to use any other attachments

Great product!!!!
Still trying to figure out how to use the timer lol but other than that it came completely assembled ready to use! Worked perfectly for me to make shirts today!!! Absolutely love how easy it is to use and the video links In the instruction manual were really helpful!

Well worth the money
Machine itself is great. Only concern so far is with the cup attachment. Cut the side of my thumb pretty good on piece of metal that was on the outside frame. So much easier than using a regular iron.
