What is the difference between the tuna blue and Sun?

The Tuna sun gives you more natural color, like 10K white, where the Tuna Blue is more blue, more of of a 15K-20K look. Generally Tuna Sun is used for freshwater or freshwater planted, but you can use in saltwater if you like a more white look, or plan to run actinics with them.

Would it work in Europe?

With an adapter, I see no reason why it would not. But nothing will replace hearing from someone who is actually in Europe and has tested this. Kessil LEDs have complex settings for intensity and color spectrum - and these are likely to be influenced by variations in electrical input. Having used many similar devices in Europe (but not this one), I am confident an adapter will take of this.

I have a 48" long aquarium (75gal) and will have corals and life rocks; how many lights do I need?

I have a 36" long saltwater tank with corals and I just purchased 2 of them and the coverage they provide is really good with a 48" long tank you should be able to still get great coverage with only 2 lights, and if after you get them you can always get a third if you think you need it.

what is the maximum depth this light will reach...my tank is 26 inches deep.

they certainly can light up your tank down to 26", but that would be very low par on the bottom, which is fine long as you are careful where you place your corals. Most likely about 20" down you'll be about max on keeping most corals. Far as keeping live coral, the tank side to side coverage area is 24" for fish only and soft corals and i would cut that down to 18-20" if it's mixed reef. This is side to side. If you want to keep a mixed reef tank and your corals down to the bottom I would recommend the 360.
