This is a quality set that f resistance bands. I’ve only used a few times but can tell that they’re going to last. Plenty of resistance for my needs and bands stay in place. Overall great value

These are great! Durable, portable, and great for resistance exercises.

Nice quality, has non slip on inside of bands.Put on above knees and place a small ball between just above knees.Open and close legs. It strengthens a lot of muscles.Uplifting too :)

Good quality. Good for smaller people. Gets the job done but hard to get in.

These bands are sturdy, comfortable and so easy to use. They probably will last forever. I prefer these to the stretchy rubber bands. Definitely quality made and worth the price.

My physical therapist suggested I buy these bands. They are SO much easier than the traditional rubber therapy bands. Like those, they come in light, medium and heavy resistance. The light band was pretty stiff when I first used it, but it's starting to give a little more. They are easy to put on, they don't slide around on your legs, and they don't hurt if you're wearing yoga pants or shorts/bare skin. I highly recommend them if you need exercise bangs to use at home.

It's a good exercise resistant tool

I've been looking for good quality resistance bands like this for a while. I've used the rubber ones up until this point but was always annoyed with how they would roll up with any sort of leg swinging motion or with lunges. These fabric resistance bands are the perfect solution to this problem as they do not roll up whatsoever. In addition, you can tell these bands are made very well and are priced very reasonably. Obviously they are more expensive than the rubber resistance bands because of the different materials, but they are also a great price in comparison to other brands/influencers that sell the same type of bands. The little bag that the bands come in is also a great plus.In terms of performance, these bands hold up very well. The resistance is great and they really do stay up when doing a variety of exercises. I'm hoping that these bands will last me a long time!

With limited stretch I find the size to be too short.
