Yes it comes with everything very easy to install for a little motor it pushes out a lot of heat and very quiet.

It is about 180 CFM I have it on my propane fireplace at camp I installed it myself it is very quiet you cant hear it run. it does not pull a lot of heat but it is a consistent heat it kept my camp at 78 all day and night on the cold nights in the beginning of November.

Does this fit the, duluth forge fdsr25, gas stove?
