How long are you supposed to leave one on for? And can you shower with it or will it come off?

Just leave it on. It worked first time for me. I always put a plaster over the top to keep all in place. Does not come off in the shower. Have also used the corn removal liquid on small corns which dries on the corn with no corn pad and plaster. Same manufacturer.

How do you use what goes on first

The medicated patch goes on first then one of the protective plasters. Worked well for me
