Noise isolation + ACTIVE noise reduction really helps for gym workouts
I listen to music or podcasts, or sometimes catch up on downloaded Netflix while on exercise machines..... You don't realize how much noise there is in gyms, particularly with all the workout machines. It's why I stopped wearing the earbuds that don't have the silicone tips. Even then, it's pretty noisy. At home, I have a stationary bicycle, but in order to stay cool I use a 20" box fan on full power. Noise, noise noise. These headphones have silicone tips plus ACTIVE noise cancellation, which dramatically improves your ability to hear. Watch out as several earbuds SAY they have noise cancellation, but it seems this is noise cancellation for your microphone so people on the other end don't hear as much in-call noise. If you want to hear better on your end, it needs to say ACTIVE NOISE CANCELLATION, and there is almost always a separate switch so you can use them without ANC which does shorten battery life. The controls were simple and easy to figure out while overall comfort was good.. The neck band is fairly thin and light - if you're wearing a shirt, you'll forget that you're wearing them within a few minutes. The wires leading up to the ear buds is a little on the thick side, but I'm glad to see it - the last pair of ANC neckband earbuds I had used much thinner wires and, after about a year it was clear that the wires on one side had worn out. Sound quality with music was par for the course - the small drivers in the ear buds is never going to match 40 or 50mm drivers in headphones, so as you would expect, mid-range and treble are fine, but bass is so-so. Sound quality in phone calls was excellent on both sides, but people on the other side did complain about wind noise when I was walking outside in a moderate breeze. This isn't unusual, and I've had this issue with several other earbuds.

Effective Noise Canceling Function!🎧
These headphones have awesome noise canceling technology! When I put the headphones on, I can still hear the window AC humming in the background. When I press the noise canceling button, the background sound totally disappears. The sound quality is really good! You can also adjust the sound easily on the side and take calls. I had a problem my first time using this. I hooked up the bluetooth to my tablet, and suddenly my show stopped playing. Every time I pressed the Play button, nothing would happen. It was strange. So I unconnected and reconnected the bluetooth and it worked fine. The battery only lasted for about 3 hours and I was hoping for a little more juice out of a full charge. Overall, I dig these headphones! It comes with extra earbuds to fit your individual ear canals, plus a USB charging wire. The headphones are very malleable so they can be stuffed into a bag. I just wish there were some kind of case or something to protect them and travel with them. But the sound quality rocks!

Excellent sound quality in a lightweight and practical package
Sound I was impressed by the richness of the sound, which was on par with or exceeded some of the other sport headphones that I've used from Sony or Klipsch. The sound is warm without being overpowered by the bass. It doesn't quite match the quality of high end over-the-ear headphones but is fantastic at the price point. Call quality is also very clear for both the caller and the recipient. Active noise cancelling works well although I haven't had a chance to test it out on a plane. Overall very pleased with the sound. Fit I found that the default ear wing and ear tips fit my ears snugly and did a good job at passive noise cancellation. The box also contains two additional ear tips and one addition ear wing of different sizes. The ear wings help the headphones stay in place even when working out. Practicality I'm happy with the design and find that it is very practical when being on the move. The neckband is flexible and allows me to keep the headphones around my neck even if I need to pop out the ear buds from time to time. The controls are easy to use and in convenient locations. I found that the USB charging cable was a bit short and it would have been nice to have a longer cable so that the headphones don't dangle awkwardly when charging. Conclusion I found these headphones to be a great value and provided excellent sound quality, noise cancelling and practicality at an attractive price point.

Poor Battery life and Noise Cancellation
I usually don't rate products so low or even take the time to write a review to be honest. These Noise Cancelling Earbuds are the bare minimum of what I expected. (e.g good sound quality and the comfort of a wireless earbud) First, I don't think they were worth what you pay for considering the battery life is so poor. With "noise Cancellation" activated the battery life is reduced even more. Its frustrating for the Earbuds to shut down on me practically everyday when I don't have them on for very long. And second, the "noise Cancellation". I would say it's less than 95%. it feels more like 45%. I still hear a good amount of outside noise. Really just feels like my music is blocking the noise. I tried taking the wings off to see if that would improve anything but I didn't. I've owned a lot of earbuds and heaphones all ranging from cheap to pricey but this one is the first one that has disspointed me considering the price that was paid.

Very good Sound quality, and Noise Cancellation but lacking important feature
Pros - Very good sound quality -Very good noise cancellation -lightweight -great design Cons - No way to mute the call I gave one star as I cannot mute the call from the headset. It is the most important feature I was looking for and I wanted to use the headset for the work where I need to mute the call constantly. - Cannot connect two devices at a time Although, it should connect to two devices I was not able to do so. It was a reason for the purchase. I have used Jabra Evolve 75e and it connects to two devices at a time and worked excellent for me. It went dead a week ago and looking for a replacement and found this one. It does not connect to two devices at a time. Thinking of returning it but will sleep on it to see whether it is worth it to keep or return.

Disappointing noise isolation and ANC
Update 2. Found a way to improve the isolation and sound quality. Was having problems keeping the comply buds in place. Removed the wings. Amazing improvement. The wings were not allowing the tips to fully seat. Now more comfortable with better sound. Bumped rating to a 5! Update. I’m keeping them. Moved rating up to 4. Got a better version of comply isolation tips. Much better. ANC is limited but ok in some situations. For the price shouldn’t have to buy better tips. _________ I’m ambivalent. Love and hate. Still debating whether to return them. Can’t believe all the 5 star reviews. With all the discussion about fake so called verified purchaser on Amazon I’ve become suspicious. In my opinion they aren’t that great. Good but not great. I give these a 3.5. -1 for lack of decent acoustic isolation and limited auto noise cancelling. -.5 for finicky fit. Even tried Comply that help some but not enough in my opinion. I’ve had a variety of other earbuds. Been waiting for one that really delivers at a reasonable price. Seems like many are coming out this year. I want to be immersed in the music without noise at relatively low volumes. Either superior isolation or ANC will get rid of most external noise and voices. These Phiaton buds have neither. The ANC makes things worse much of the time. It may reduce low frequency noises but that often makes sounds of people talking more distinct and distracting. I sometimes find it better to leave ANC off and put up with the noises. Turn up the volume. Disappointed. Sound is very good when the conditions are right. Better than most in my experience. When there are no external sounds. If I had to decide today I’d probably keep them. When something better drops these will make an ok backup.

OK light weight earbuds, band and NC
I've owned a few Phiaton devices, starting with a BT 210 NC, and then a BT 220 NC which I wore to destruction in a year... I bought a second BT 220 NC, but that was a less happy experience as it disintegrated within weeks- but customer service was good and sent out a replacement. So I was happy to buy a BT 120 NC 'Curve' for exercising. First the good points - the neck band design is great and works well. Noise cancelling is great. Full charge time is around 90 minutes. Earbuds are good. OK/Annoyances - Its a micro-usb charge port. There's a lot of vocal prompts when the battery gets low. It goes from Full charge to Moderate charge quickly, not giving a good idea of how long it's going to last. Audio is reasonable, but benefits from having NC on. The Bad - I had a one-off experience where voice call quality was poor for those listening to you, with very choppy audio. I also had the experience where, listening to music I received a call, and the head set vibrated. I pressed the answer button on the headset and nothing happened and it continued to vibrate. I accepted the call via keypad and the head set kept vibrating. I ended the call and the head set kept vibrating. Disconnected the headset and reconnected and the head set returned to vibrating. Turned the headset on and of and the head set kept vibrating when powered. In the end restarting the phone ended this cycle. Although in the advertising it presents the Curve as Qualcom Apt-X, it is infact an Airoha chipset. How many stars to give it? As its BTv4 and micro USB, at best it would be a four. The relatively high price and the one-off poor audio quality make it a three. But the apparent firmware issues are concerning and advertising the wrong chipset... I like my early Phiatons, but this is too much. Two stars.

Great Quality for the Price
Right before the pandemic hit I bought these as an impulse purchase, and once distance learning kicked for my grad classes in they became my go-to for attending all of my meetings and classes. I paired them with the "Avantree Leaf Class 1 Long Range USB Bluetooth Audio Transmitter Adapter", so that I could use them with my desktop computer and they work like a charm! They had a very easy learning curve for figuring out how to use them, which was great! The two most confusing things were that to turn on Pairing Mode you need to start with the headphones OFF, then hold the power button until you hear "Pairing Mode Activated", but once you do that once, they stay paired pretty well even through turning them off and on. The only other mildly confusing bit was that I keep forgetting which sound key turns the volume up/down and skips forward/back. A lesser comment is also that the little charging flap got bent from me having it open for charging so often, but it didn't impact anything really, so I'm not bothered by it. That all being said, when my kittens recently chewed through my old pair, I immediately hopped on Amazon Smile to buy another pair! They're comfortable, have a great battery life (I regularly use them for 5+ hours of two-way communication before needing to recharge, though I'm sure they'd last longer if I was just listening to music), they charge super quickly, and the sound quality (both listening and speaking) is pretty good! And, on top of that, the delivery was right on time in a minimal amount of packaging! Overall, I'm definitely happy with my decision to purchase a new pair of these headphones!

Work great
Great earphones, very comfortable and I like the pit around the neck so I can take them out and quickly put them back in without them falling right down. Haven’t used the noise cancelling yet as I ride my bike and need to hear the surrounding noise, looking forward to trying it on a flight next year. Comes with different sized ear buds. Connection is strong with my iphone, no listening interruptions.

This product is definitely worth $
I have done extensive research on "Bluetooth neckband noise-cancelling" devices, including consulting ChatPGT. Among the options available, this particular product has truly impressed me. It effectively shields my ears from the overwhelming noise levels encountered during my subway commutes. Additionally, its neckband design ensures that I no longer need to worry about losing my earphones, as they remain securely in place. Overall, I am highly satisfied with this product and would recommend it to others seeking a reliable and convenient earphone.

Do not buy; disconnects during online meetings, microphone poor, no response from support
Sound quality is OK; as good as cheap wired earbuds, but microphone is very poor and device disconnects itself during online meetings. Contacted Phiaton support - no answer.
