PoyPet No Pull Dog Harness Small with Front Clip & Neck Release Buckle

It is such a good fit for my Pomchi! He weighs 18lbs. Although he is a smaller dog, he pulls on his leash. With a regular collar he was choking himself. So I found this one and it works great! It’s well made with quality material and nice padding so it won’t dig into my pup. When he pulls it distributed the pressure through his body and not his neck. Both myself and my dog are much happier with this harness. He is so cute walking in this and he definitely holds his head up higher! We will be enjoying our walks for a long time thanks to the excellent materials used to make this harness!

I bought three of these in different colors, 2 of these for the five month old puppies in the pictures, and one for my adult dog. The adult (not pictured, she almost never sits still!) is an American Bulldog x Husky mix and a puller from time to time on the leash. Hooking the leash to the front when taking her on walks has diminished all pulling entirely. With the two puppies, it has been doing wonders for their leash training and has made that a breeze, also! As far as the durability goes, I have not seen any excessive wear or tear with general, intended use. There is one section where the trim is coming up, but I believe that is due to the fact that the puppies like to jump and pull on my adult dog when they are playing. Other than that, these harnesses seem like they are going to live some nice, long lives I'm sure you are wondering how they fit the two puppies. I already had to get a large size for them, since they were at the smallest recommended size on the "Large" sizing spectrum, and it took maybe a week for them to grow into it at it's smallest. The way the harness is shaped doesn't irritate the puppies in the slightest like their previous harnesses, they have plenty of wiggle room in their shoulders, and having the ability to change the sizing of the neck hole and chest hole independent of each other is a huge bonus for those funny shaped pups. Even when they pull it doesn't appear to hurt them at all, and if I use the handle to grab them it feels like the pressure of that is more towards the back and not so much on the neck. My adult dog also really loves her harness, but she's used to wearing one as she's 6 years old. I just like the way this one looks and feels better on her than most other brands. Oh, and these are SUPER reflective. Even in the light of just my computer monitor, if they're sitting in the dark I know exactly where all the dogs are. It really gives me peace of mind when taking them for walks in the evening, especially during the winter where my daytime hours are limited like they are. Overall, I would recommend this harness. It will help with leash training, deter pulling, they are cute, appear to be comfortable for the dog, as well as sturdy and durable with typical use.

I really like this harness. I bought the small when my puppy for 8 weeks old. He was 15lbs and growing. At 4.5 month we moved up to the large size. It was a little big for him at first. The straps are very adjustable. Now that he is 6 months and 55lbs, it fits like a glove. The harness is easy to put on and take off. I've not had any issues with durability. I like that there are two places I can attach a leash and a handle on the back part a can grab if needed.

Overall I think it's a pretty good Value harness. I purchased the L in RED for my great pyrenees puppy. The color is a beautiful vibrant red and didn't bleed when wet like some do( thank goodness bc my dog is white) fabric parts are soft and padded, the clip rings are sturdy and no problems with the buckles with daily use. The handle on top is very convenient, I used it when I need to halt him quickly. For some reason the harness fits a bit weird on my great pyrenees puppy from day one until now. I measured him before I made the purchase, he was between M and L -considering the breed I decided to get the L so he can have some room to grow. When I first got it the front clip chest section was very loose, which I figured is because I got the larger size. However as he grew bigger the chest section is still loose when he pulls on the leash, but at the same time that section seems to not be long enough: the two straps that go under his "armpits" to connect to the top is rubbing him under the pits and causing irritation. I have tried adjusting the straps looser and it didn't help. He is still well in the range to fit in the large size so it's not because it's too small. Perhaps the proportions just isn't made for a great pyrenees shape kind of dog, he does have a deeper chest compare to a lab of similar weight. I really do like the harness, just wish it fit him better.

I first bought this harness size XL for my Ridgeback/Pit mix who is a strong puller for the first 10-20 mins of a walk or hiking. (90lbs, 21" neck, 33" ribcage, 24.5" abdomen, 24" from base of tail to shoulder blades) Stitching is tight and strong, no chaffing or irritation issues and fits like it should - the adjustability is awesome! We use this twice a day for 1 hour walks and on weekend hikes. So far we have gotten 2 years use out of them (YMMV). I just ordered our third one. The first harness lasted just short of 3 years, the second harness lasted exactly 2 years. We definitely do more hiking as he has grown so that probably explains the difference in wear and tear. I hand wash the harness monthly or after hiking or camping as he usually has it on most of the time. I love the grip handle and the overall placement of the straps which makes it easy to get a quick grip when needed! The buckles are easy to adjust, rings are solidly stitched in, and after a couple of tries, it goes on and off easily - assuming your dog is cooperative. My only "complaint" if you will, is that they don't have a version with saddlebags for backpacking or long hikes. First world problem, I know.

So far so good this works really well with my Dogo Argentina/Belgian Malinois five month old puppy, but it’s very comfortable for him. I like the extra the walking strap on the back of it.

These harnesses are fantastic, and you simply can't beat the price. I purchased two of these (Medium Size, Blue and Green) for my very fast growing American Bulldog/Mastiff mix puppies, simply because the price was right and we'll have to buy larger ones again soon, and they have the second D-ring on the chest, rather than just the one on the back. However, we will absolutely be purchasing the next size up once the pups outgrow the first set as we have simply fallen in love with these harnesses. The multiple clips make putting them on and taking them off a snap (even for my children who had lots of trouble figuring out how to put on other step-in harnesses), they are very well crafted and I love the reflective material. Another bonus is the handle on the back which is not only helpful in controlling them a bit closer to the body, but also in assisting them into the car etc. We live on a ranch and the puppies get these very dirty very quickly, but these clean up quite nicely. If you're looking for a comfortable, well made harness at an incredible price, you've found it here! Update: I've removed one star from my review as now, 1.5 months in with these harnesses, one of the plastic buckles on the chest straps has broken on one of the harnesses. I will be contacting the seller for a replacement as I feel this was likely a fluke because we've been otherwise incredibly happy with these. I will update again soon! Second Update: I've absolutely given that 5th star back - after contacting customer service about the broken buckle they offered me a replacement harness at no charge, and worked it in a way that I will receive it with my regular two-day free Prime shipping. Not only a great product, but awesome customer service to boot!

It was good to start with. I have a 60lb Bull Terrier, he is solid, the neck strap gives you a lock in clip, however the 2 clips on the back area does not. That is the first problem, 2 wks of wearing this and the one time he pulls a little harder than Kemal and both clip come undone….. there needs to be an upgrade done to this harness.
