It really comes in handy! I use it on a daily, and really comes in hand when on the go!

This is an incredible purchase! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of pricing. Tad bit high if I do say so myself considering most stores, and company's that try to sell there workout products, give shakers out for free.

Wasn't happy with how one of the lids didn't close tight enough, my aminos spilled out of the bottle. The other side was fine, i just don't know if i want to use it now.

When you shake both liquids, they eventually both mix together....not so smart. So , if you had your pre workout drink on one side and post workout drink on the other...after shaking they are completely mixed together. Will never recommend.

Love this cup and seals each side well, I would buy it again.

It was broken by the time I got it. I had to order another one. I am lazy so I couldn't return this and time is up.
