Very sturdy. Heavy plastic.
This is the biggest 3 ring binder ever! It's very heavy duty. It's tough to get it to lay flat, but it does what it is supposed to do. Not many options are available for a portrait-oriented 11x17 binder.

Love this binder for art work storage!!!
This was exactly what I wanted to store art work in as part of taking online classes. I was able to use a combination of special 11"x17" and 8.5"x11" sheet protectors for the pieces, depending on the size of the substrate needs. They work great for my needs.

Folded sleeves
The sleeves came folded In half it’s two days later and I have 2 huge books on top of them still trying to flatten them out to get rid of the crease so I can use them as they are rolling up even with the posters inside them. Disappointed

Looking for a binder to fit my portrait 11" x 17" pages, this one seemed to be the only affordable alternative. It was as promised and did the job well. It is plain but durable and I was able to customize the cover look by printing large label sheets. I had to adapt my 3 hole punch to get the page holes in the right spot, but this was a simple adjustment and well worth it.
