UPF 50+ Eclipse Sun Sleeves feature high performance 37.5 fabric technology. This higher performance fabric offers unrivaled sun protection, moisture control and cooling. The sleeves are designed to cover the back of the hands, which are particularly vulnerable to sun exposure. They stay up your arm by virtue of the spandex component (87% Cocona/13% spandex) so even a vigorous golf swing won't cause them to sag. Zero-distraction fit under golf and cycling gloves, or roll the hand covering up to the wrist. The stretchy fabric allows a lot of latitude in sizing, so if your style is active, consider a smaller size for a more snug fit.

These are the ones to get!
A family member has a form of Lupus that makes them photosensitive to UV light (Sun light). They were encouraged by a dermatologist to constantly apply sunscreen to skin areas, specifically the arms (if wearing a hat). Not wanting to have chemicals on the skin all the time, we resorted to looking for arm coverings. After trying 4 different types, I can positively say you get what you pay for:* Moonar® Winter Hand Arm Crochet Knit Braided Wool Fingerless Mitten Gloves Warm Warmer (Dark Gray) * Light Gray Stretchy Fingerless Thumbhole Arm Warmer Gloves for Women * Modern Ladies Long Arm Fingerless Warmer Gloves * AquaX Mild compression arm sleeves with thumb holes Sports armlet hand cover - 1 pair for UV Protection sun screen cooling cycling basketball running hiking golf volleyball outdoor sports I was so happy when we came across the Eclipse Sun Products UPF 50+ Sun Sleeves, Large, White ! Even though they cost 2-3x as much as other sleeves, they are far superior! We have ordered 2 sizes, large and medium. Both are nice to have. The medium fits perfectly like a compression stocking, and is good for active use. The Large fits well too, but of course more roomy – for a relaxed fit.Since wearing these, the family member went back to the dermatologist for a check up and they asked what she was doing because the Lupus seemed under control, much better than other clients this time of year (summer). She mentioned these and they said keep wearing them, they are doing better than the sunscreen and she's avoiding the chemicals.Pros:- Quality! They hold up to washing well (mostly wash in sink with light detergent).- UV protection is a huge plus!- Appearance when wearing looks sporty, not "goofy."- Does not feel hot to wear! Feels cool, even in direct sun light.Cons:-Can't think of one yet. Will revise review if needed.

I've had a lot of sun sleeves, and these are THE BEST ever!
I've had a lot of sun sleeves over the years, and these yellow ("Neon") ones are my favorite ones ever!Things I like: * The fabric feels cool even in hot sun. * They reach beyond my wrists to also cover much of my hands. * The yellow color looks good. * In Amazon's pictures of the different colors, the yellow ones are the only ones that have a printed-on label instead of a sewn-on one. Labels don't usually bother me, but I've had some terribly itchy, pokey labels on other brands of sun sleeves. These sun sleeves have a printed-on label, so they are poke-free and itch-free. I like that. * The tops stay up -- no slipping down. Somehow Eclipse did this with just fabric -- no elastic or silicone non-slip band. * I have size Small and they fit me perfectly. I weigh 112 pounds and am 5 feet tall and female. I usually fit a women's size small t-shirt. * As sun sleeves go, they look great! * I got mud on them, then ran them through the washing machine and hung them up to dry. No shrinkage, and they look brand new! * Sun protection with no need to re-apply or to wonder if you put on enough sunscreen. No worries about whether it blocks UVA and UVB. No weird chemicals!Things I don't like: * Expensive!

Cute Sleeves and Nice Fit! Not Super Cheap, but Who Cares. :)
These sun sleeves are as pretty as they seem in the picture, and they do seem to be of a nice quality! (They just came in the mail yesterday, and I have had them on for several hours already!). As someone who just LIKES wearing arm warmers of various styles and patterns, I can say that some people prefer to have a tighter sleeve that grip the upper arm and the forearm more tightly, while other people prefer something looser. I personally tend to prefer a tighter fit (with a rubbery or slightly more fitted grip at the top of the sleeve), but these fit a little more casually, and have a little more give. Mine stay up just fine, either way, and I have smallish arms with a medium amount of natural muscle. The only thing I can say about these arm sleeves is that the price point is high, so you kinda need to know that you will get a lot of use out of arm sleeves, before bothering to spend $27 or so. I have Gellwhu sleeves also, which are just as long, and cover just as nicely, but came in a pack of four pairs for $14. So, if you plan to order the small or the medium in the Eclipse sleeeves, you may wish to start with a pack of Gellwhu brand, which are one size fits all (not ideal for some), but then you can find out more cheaply whether you are the kind of person who enjoys wearing arm sleeves -- not all people are, and even with the nicest product, it's not worth wasting the money unless you will actually USE them.I should mention one other option which is even cheaper, which is that anyone who wants to play with the idea of arm sleeves, can buy a pack of girls knee-high tube socks, and simply open up the bottom end of the sock with scissors, to create a lot of fun, cheap options for yourself. Girls (not ladies) knee socks that don't have a defined heel fit a small adult female, maybe up to 120 pounds or so. A ladies size knee sock with a defined heel would probably fit a slightly larger adult, and opens up even more color and style options.Having said that, I like my Eclipse sleeves, and imagine I will get enough use out of them to make it worth the money. The eclipse sleeves offer prettier colors and patterns than other brands do, and offer specific sizes, so I don't think it's at all unreasonable to pay twenty-something dollars a pair!

Cubren bien y son frescas
Se ajustan muy bien al brazo pero sin llegar a apretar. El brazo se siente fresco.

careful with size
just received mine today and happy with colour and feel. I am 49yrs old, 5'6'' and 146lbs. I bought size M but I find them too long. My arm length is 20-21". Perhaps I should have bought the small...

Una necesidad para los que manejan
Tengo notablemente el brazo izquierdo más Moreno por el daño solar que he recibido al manejar, desde que uso las mangas he notado que se ha ido mejorando el tono de mi piel . Ajustan muy bien y repelen el calor .
