Cleaned grout in my kitchen and laundry room. The sealer protects my work.

Seals the grout
Easy to use. I regrouted and then waited two days to apply this. Good protection from stains. I spilled coffee and no stain!

Poor applicator design
Sealer comes out nozzle in middle with foam encircling making it impossible to do edges. Messy for all else. I ended up pulling the applicator top off and pouring liquid in a cup and used small paint brush. Much better. Less mess.

It was easy to apply. Hopefully it will work in the next rain.

Well it wasn't that easy to put it on. But once the applicator worked, it went on ok.

Didn’t work for me
The applicator is very hard to use. I would have been better off with a little paint brush. I don’t really know whether the sealer would work if I’d had been more successful at getting a good coat in the grout. But it did not seal at all and within a month my grout started getting stains again.

Not sure if it is working or not? This is a liquid sealer that we have no control to make any quantifiable verification of the claim. Felt good to seal the grout so only time will tell. Applicator is much larger than any grout line so it’s a bit of a fail there. A more proportional applicator would make this a better product.
