Makes feet and legs feel great for dancing
I dance Tango. My shoes and legs used to hurt when I put my Tango shoes on. They never felt comfortable. After I used the Blackroll in my pilates class I bought one for the office. I step on it and have angle my foot in 3-4 different positions over the Roll. The real stretch comes when I step forward with my other foot and place it in front of the Roll. The first time I used it there was much pain in the bottom of my feet. After I used it a few times the pain went away AND my Tango shoes feel very comfortable now. Yeah! I also bought one for home. I take it with me when I travel.
