Salvaged Part?
The item looks to be a salvaged part. There was solder on the leads as if it was installed at one point. I can't say for sure if the part worked as I damged it during installation due to my own error.

Pulled parts, seller sends in plastic bag in padded mailer. Pins all bent from shipping.
Parts a pull, solder on the pins, part came packaged very poorly, so poorly I had to spend 20 minutes under a microscope straightening pins to be even able to use this part. Was under the assumption this was a new part. Just looked before I left this review I didnt see any mention of these being pulls.

This is a used and damaged part resealed in a bag. Do not buy unless you are okay for paying for a part that is in the same or worse condition than the part you are replacing.
