Easy to set up
This wireless modem was easy to set up and works perfectly. Easy-to-follow written instructions were in the box. You will need the MAC Address which is printed on the back of the modem. You will also need the network name and password for connecting your WIFI Devices. These are printed on the bottom of the modem.

Would not recommend products of this seller
Item was defective. Cable tech attempted to install, said it was defective. A few months later, another cable company tech attempted and said the same. Was never able to use the item. Seller would not take it back. Would not recommend products of this seller.

Work function as state
Just receive this item and try to hookup replace my current rent from provider. It's work as expected. Save monthly rent now.

Down side is that provider would not activate their phone service though this great unit.

Mediacom
After much trying the modem would not work the phone for Mediacom service. It did work the internet though, so if you don't need phone service then it is a good buy since Mediacom charges $12 a month to rent.

Same as Spectrum works well
Work the same as Spectrums Combo now saving $5 a month it will pay itself off shortly. Great product.

I returned the item because the signal output was very poor.
I returned this item and I got a refund of $50 instead of $80 + is highly ridiculous because it was supposed to be money back guarantee.I returned the item because the signal output was very poor.

Great way to save money every month
Exact replacement for a unit supplied by the cable company. Saves me $15 per month in rental fees and works just the same.
