This did not work with the KB2US Joyaccess Keyboard. If you find a receiver that is compatible with this product please let me know! I was unable to get in contact with the manufacturer to confirm this would be compatible with my keyboard so I bought it in hopes that it might. I haven’t seen another USB receiver from this company that says it would be compatible with my keyboard. I would air on the side of caution and not buy this product unless you are absolutely certain that you won’t lose the receiver.

SUCCESS!!! I only bought this model because of the reviews. I have a joy access KB2US 2.4 gig, wireless keyboard and mouse.I had to combine two different sets of directions from the reviewers.For the keyboard I used this from another reviewer, “… click "esc + =" on my keyboard first then I plugged in the usb to my laptop and followed the instructions on the screen it told me to press the key "Z" to the right of the shift key on the left side of the keyboard and the key "?" to the left of the shift key on the right side of the keyboard and it worked”Then for the mouse I used the directions from the attached picture.For the $7, well worth not replacing my set.

I had all but given up, all the instructions weren't working. For clarification, I have the rechargable keyboard and mouse, model JK5US and M5-REC. I was about to buy a whole new set after breaking my reciever and this one not working BUT these directions I found in the customer reviews worked for mine--so give them a try before throwing in the towel. A BIG thank you to the person who wrote this out!Directions:All I did was click "esc + =" on my keyboard first then I plugged in the usb to my laptop and followed the instructions on the screen it told me to press the key "Z" to the right of the shift key on the left side of the keyboard and the key "?" to the left of the shift key on the right side of the keyboard and it workedThen you unplug the usb from your computer/laptop for the mouse setup.Then for the mouse I made sure it was on and I clicked the little wifi button on the back of it a red light showed up in the front and then I plugged in the usb again and it worked.

I followed the directions provided in the picture and it worked perfectly for me on the first try. I have KB2US. Would definitely recommend!

It didnt work with my JK3

This product does not work for the mentioned products. Compatibility does not work with the keyboard or mouse. Another misleading product. Done waste your money!

I reached out to the company via email and the directions they sent were as follows:1. turn off keyboard power and unplug usb receiver2. turn on keyboard power, press and hold escape button and the plus/equals button until 3rd LED is lit3. release escape and the plus/equals, plug usb receiver into usb ports quickly + move keyboard closer to receiver, within 7 inches.if first and third LED is off, pairing is successful.the directions in the amazon description made me think I had to hold down escape and the plus minus while simultaneously plugging in usb which didn't work and was kinda impossible without a 2nd person helping - so it was a bit frustrating, but here I am typing on my KB2US keyboard again
