Could somebody mention the ranges of forearm sizes that junior and adult sizes are for? I have short arms but i dont know if the arma are short enough

I've short arms too, but I usually swim with the "adult ones" and I fell very confortable. I suppose that the junior ones fits kids under or about ten years...

Can these be used in an endless pool?

Yes, in fact that place that I was first recommended to try it was at SwimLabs of Issaquah, WA, which uses endless pools with three cameras to film your swim. They showed me the difference between my stroke before using the fulcrums and my stroke with them on. In practical use, you probably won't wear them for more than 100-150 yards at a time, just long enough per session to teach the arms and shoulders the stroke cycle that allows for a more effective and efficient pull.
