Amazing little helpers
We own a lovely round tiger oak clawfoot dining table which began to "list to port" over the years. As much as I love that old table it was making me crazy. My husband and I simply could not figure out what was making it lean, so we had no idea how to fix it. We just found ourselves more and more frustrated and miserable as we sadly watched pens, pencils, straws, batteries, etc. roll off the table and onto the floor. I had pretty much reached a point where I was going to put it on Craigslist and beg someone to come take it off my hands. And then I came across these little plastic shims and read how they were working so fabulously well for so many people. I wasn't even aware these things existed, but at 3 bucks a set I was more than happy to give them a try. Folks, they worked BEAUTIFULLY. We slipped them under two of the clawfoot sections and voila! Our table was instantly level and utterly non-moving. It was like magic. I am loving my table again and plan to buy 3 or 4 more sets of these shims just to keep on hand in case anything else ever starts wobbling, leaning, or listing around here. Two thumbs WAY up!

My shelves are FINALLY leveled.
I just got these yesterday & immediately put them in place. I had been using socks (yes, I'm hanging my head in shame on that one. Lol) to level bookshelves I had in my place (on carpet) because my floor isn't completely level. I had been meaning to replace them with something that wasn't an obvious eyesore. I had considered wooden shims, however I'm glad I decided to purchase the plastic ones. My book shelves hold quite a few heavy books, and I wonder if the wooden ones would have been able to handle the weight.I had four corners that needed to be leveled, so I decided to purchased two packs to be on the safe side. I'm glad I did, because I had to double the plastic shims (and when I say double I mean I used two sets of two) under each corner. Fortunately, it's easy to double the shins to achieve whatever level suits you. Keep in mind if what you're trying to level out is extremely heavy, you're probably going to need to double them as well. Granted it has only been one day, but thus far I'm pleased. The were as advertised and are doing their job. I'll update this review if something changes.

Hard plastic not soft like others I have used.
Made of hard plastic that doesn't conform. these are made by Sheperd Good enough but I'd prefer the ones I've used before

They have no give - a plus and a minus.
While the shims I got before these were a softer - but not soft - and tended to flatten enough to have to put more in there to keep things level, these are too hard and keep popping out. If they had a thin cover on them of the same stuff in the first set of shims and these in the middle, then it'd be a lot better. One or the other, however, doesn't work for me.

Perfect for leveling furniture on uneven floors
I have found these to be the most useful product on the market for leveling furniture on my uneven floors. Unlike the bigger wooden shims they sell at hardware stores, these are small enough to hide under the edges of my furniture. And it's great that, while each individual plastic shim is rather thin, you can stack them readily to create more lift if needed. Tiny teeth in their surfaces hold them together when they are stacked.Unless you have your own saw to reduce the size of standard wooden shims, these are the answer for leveling furniture on the uneven floors of an older house without leaving the ugly edges of shims on display.

Works great!
I am currently using these in a few places around my house to stabilize my furniture and keep it from tipping forward, so far it's worked well and everything feels very sturdy. My house has a problem to things near the walls in my house tip forward slightly due to some building problems, so these have really helped me be able to place my furniture where I want without it being a safety hazard.

Stop the Wobble
Our bathroom toilet wobbled for the longest time. Not anymore. We inserted these evenly and caulked around the base. You can't even tell they are there. No more wobble. Pure joy.The plastic material reminds me of thick plastic cutting board material. We installed them a year ago and have not had any issues with them moving or the wobble returning.
