I'm so glad I saw this
I just love this, I don't have a fireplace but it looks so cool! I did buy matches long enough to stick out. This came so shiny, I'll keep it that way, I have some good polish that will keep its shine for a good while. This is too cha-cha for words.

It looks nice and works pretty well but the strike plate could be larger and coarser; it can take a couple of tries (and then the matches may break)

The Spot that your strick the match on is [aper and must be replaced with strike plates of matches you put in. It doesn't last long, must pull paper out with energy, as it is not deigned to be replaced. I see this as a desgn flaw.

If the box these two match holders had come in ...
If the box these two match holders had come in had been crushed in anyway, the holders would have been ruined, as they are thin metal and there was no packing protection for the two match holders. However, they came undamaged.
