Great for planting organic cat grass seeds. This has been the most convenient & cleanest (least amount of soil mess) way I have found for planting indoor grass seed with the purpose of growing wheat berry, oat, and rye cat grass seeds into wholesome, healthy cat grass. But it is expensive considering the little bit you get for the big cost.... I noticed Amazon when looking over my review to determine if it was acceptable to post or not, got my pictures all out of order that I had previously uploaded with my review. So I apologize to those of you that actually view them wondering what the significance of the numbers were on the pics.. FYI AMAZON: There was a reason for me adding a number to each pic, it was so that other buyers could see the order in which to take for using the product when using it to grow grass seed. Not only did you fail to keep 2 pictures I had initially uploaded with my review, but you got the rest of my review pics out of order. Its no wonder more people don't submit reviews....😠

Exactly what I needed to add a bit more soil to houseplants without having to carry bags of potting soil in the house. They hydrate quickly and there is no odor.

One part took up more volume than I thought. One fill up a 'Click and grow pod perfectly and the seeds love them.

Doesn't make 3/4 cup of soil as claimed. I had to use 3 discs to fill a 4 inch pot.

Easy to do.

Organic and from the US, is what I want and need. I'm using this soil for my cat's cat grass, therefore I need it clear of chemicals and better if from here, the US. I returned soil in the past, I didn't realize it was from China.
