It works well for me makes me very relaxed and sleepy some nights I just need one . Others nights I need two. Occasionally if I wake up in the middle of the night for a while I will take a third. No side effects. Just very restful and sleep well I tried many products that didn’t work, but deep sleep is a charm. It is a five star plus in my world

1 doesn't help me. I have take 2 or more to help me. But I'm struggling on getting to sleep

I suffer from insomnia and anxiety. I always say that it's like trying to fall asleep with multiple radio stations on at once - so much loud chatter and fleeting thoughts in my head. My body begs for rest but my brain is wide awake. I bought this out of desperation despite the high price point because I don't function well at all on no sleep. I only take one of these capsules about an hour before bed alone with 5mg of melatonin. It puts me out easily and no longer takes 2+ hours to fall asleep. No more brain chatter. I also stay asleep, and sleep very deeply, which is something melatonin never did for me. Oh no longer get up to pee 5ish times a night. My only complaints are that I do have very vivid and unpleasant dreams fairly often - I believe this is a side effect of Valerian. And some days I wake up a little groggy. It's not too bad and wears off in an hour or so, and it's still better than waking up with no sleep. A bit expensive too, which is why I docked a star. Overall, I definitely recommend this. It feels "cleaner" than trazadone (which was awful for me, btw), as well as zzzquil and it's OTC counterparts, and it works better than melatonin does on its own. For the time being, it has solved my insomnia issue.

I find it unwise to not consider the clinical implications of just randomly doubling the dosage. That is going to lose you a massive amount of business. Many patients are sensitive to herbs, and when you increase like this without any other option, this becomes problematic for clinicians to address each individuals needs. Sad scenario as your product was once a great option for solving sleep related issues for patients in clinical practice. Now we’ll have to look elsewhere - as I’m sure many clinicians will.

Fast shipping. This formula does help me get to sleep but, it does not KEEP me asleep. I turn my clock radio on every night in Sleep mode for 30 minutes. I used to turn it on again after the 30 minutes expired. Since I started taking these I haven't heard the radio turn off. That's huge! I just wish it would keep me asleep. What seems to happen is this (I am guessing here, not a scientifically-proven fact)... This formula definitely causes more dream activity for me. In fact, I start dreaming quite vividly as soon as I fall asleep. Most of the time, these dreams are intense enough (good and bad) to wake me. I sometimes wake up from one of these within 10 to 15 minutes after going to bed. This is not enough of a deterent to stop taking these; the fact that I fall asleep so quickly is greatly welcome. It also helps "some" throughout the night but does not keep me asleep as well as I would like. The best thing I've tried so far (my doctor gave me a prescrip for Ambien but I refuse to take it.
