It is very safe for me no side effects and makes me sleep well
It works well for me makes me very relaxed and sleepy some nights I just need one . Others nights I need two. Occasionally if I wake up in the middle of the night for a while I will take a third. No side effects. Just very restful and sleep well I tried many products that didn’t work, but deep sleep is a charm. It is a five star plus in my world

Sleep solidly through the night
Taken 5 nights. I am amazed at how solidly I sleep with this. Last night, according to my watch I slept 7 hours and 38 minutes. REM was 2 hours and 42 minutes and Deep was 1 hr 42 minutes. Was not conscious of being awake at any point during the night, although watch noted 49 minutes of awake time. Part of me is a little suspicious that there may be more in this product than the herbs listed. Possible side effect: I have woken up with a headache each day. Maybe unrelated, but if this persists I will have to discontinue use.

Damaged softgels
We’ve used Deep Sleep for several years without any problems but this last bottle is a mess. All of the softgels are stuck together and appear melted. And of course sense it is a supplement it can’t be returned so I’m out 48.00 plus for a bottle that is ruined.
