Be wary of the versions imported from abroad: they do not enjoy Italian assistance and warranty and special characters (@, #, ;, :, etc.) do not work properly with Italian-language devices. To ensure the compatibility of your Smart TV you can conduct a simple experiment: take any USB keyboard and connect it to one of the ports on your Smart TV. If it works, you can be sure that your Smart TV is compatible. To improve signal transmission, it is recommended to use a USB extension between the USB port and the USB receiver, so that it can be placed in front of the keyboard usage. Some versions of the YouTube Smart TV app do not support an external keyboard or mouse. In this case, open the Web Browser and connect directly to the YouTube website. Some versions of Android do not have an external keyboard configuration, so in the Settings - Language and Input menu you cannot access the settings of the Physical Keyboard. To unblock access to the settings simply install the External Keyboard Helper Pro application.
