Great for what it is. Got for my dog with muscle issues (age) though I was fairly sure he wouldn't like it ... he loves it!! I also use it. No it doesn't keep the heat for long, (especially as I am very careful not to over heat for the dog) but that is basic physics; the greater the surface area the quicker the loss of heat.

Despite photos by other reviewers, this did not have pieces that ignited. That’s a relief! It’s not as full as I hoped, but I suppose enough because it takes a good 5 minutes at 900W to heat it properly (with a few flips while it’s going). Holds heat ok but less than expected (less than my smaller one from another brand)

I have always bought heat pads but this is the biggest I've seen. It's so lovely and warm. Helps with all aches and pains. Only thing is it's so heavy! That's why 4 stars. But despite that I'm glad I bought it

Great heating pad, holds heat well, you can feel the moisture wicked. Lasts a good 20 minutes to a half hour before cooling. I love it!

I love this product, previously I had a small one I had purchased from the chemist and the heat dissipated so fast that I was up every few minutes to heat it again and it smelled bad This one I put in the microwave folded because it’s so large , on 2 minutes each side ( varies depending on microwave) Remember to refill it on the second heating! It gets very hot and I love that pain relieving heat. It lasts sometime too so I can put it on my back , tummy , ankle and on my feet to warm them and it’s still warm ! It’s soft and comforting on your skin and has a nice organic smell about it The sewing seems such good quality so far no tears or beads coming out and I have given it a flogging in the short time I’ve had it . The only thing I would like is more natural materials inside and out but perhaps it might not work as well then !? I hope to afford more off there products soon !

product works extremely well

Fantastic value and true to size. Great for full back coverage as a 160ish cm woman. It holds heat for about 30 mins, longer if laid on. The compartments keep the heat beads dispersed well in bag even if it's used sitting up. Highly recommend.
