My boys got this car and they love it! It’s super fast and fun to play with easy to handle and easy to maintain. Great product.

My 5 year old loves it
This was a great gift for my 5 year old who is a big fan of all things Sonic. It came quickly which is great since I needed it as a gift and there was lots of excitement when he opened it. Luckily I already had batteries on hand so he could use it right away. There was no real set up, just insert the batteries and go. It was simple enough that I didn't need to give him any instructions so as soon as he got it he could manage it on his own. My only regret is that the character doesn't come out of the car which for me is nice because it won't get lost, but my son wanted to be able to take him (Shadow) out and have him do other things and then get in the car and race away - It's a whole movie set over here. Other than that, it's a great gift and has provided many hours of fun.

This is what he said he wanted. I think the racecar is pretty small. It goes only 150 feet and requires 6 AA batteries. Has not been open yet. Hopefully everything goes well. It looks like the picture

Doesn’t last long
My 4 yo great grandson booked it the first time he was playing with it. He is rough on toys due to special needs but I felt it should have been able to stand up to some hard playing.

Finally, a Shadow toy!
My 5 year old LOVES it! They dont make many Shadow toys, so the fact that this is Shadow makes up for any shortcomings. The remote is basic. It has held up with my 2.5 year old and 5 year old sons racing around with it and still works just fine. Definitely recommend for any Sonic or Shadow fans!

Build quality seems pretty good but has no battery teminals to complete circuit.

Wheel fell off
Bought this car for my 6 year old grandson for Christmas. He loves sonic and was so excited to receive it. But within about 2 hours of him having it one of the front wheels fell off. He was devastated and so was I
