Stakmore Solid Wood Folding Chair, 2-Pack

I had previously bought three of these chairs, at a Costco actually. One of the chairs I gave to my ex-wife, leaving me with two. I really like these chairs, so I bought two more from Amazon.I like that they're foldable, and therefore easy to transport or stow - but they don't at all give an impression of being a "foldable chair", in the sense of being tacky or cheap or hard to sit on. They're actually the most comfortable chairs in my place (apart from my couch). I use them as dining-table chairs (I don't like fancy dining chairs, but I do want _good_ chairs), and my son uses one at his desk, for school and while he's doing art (he is at his desk basically at all waking hours). The seat is quite plush, and feels like quality. The wood also gives an impression of quality. I do start to feel uncomfortable after hours on one, but that's probably because I tend to sit far forward on them, so my tush is sitting on the forward wood more than on the plush. They are quite good for dining, and as I said my 14-year-old son happily spends all day on one.They are easily folded, but most people seem to find it a little challenging to _un_fold them. It's not a simple "pull from the seat downwards", as with typical metal or plastic chairs. You must first pull the seat outwards (possibly at both top and bottom), before you can then unfold the seat the rest of the way. With a little practice it will become facile, but guests will struggle with it if they find they have to unfold it (best to have them out and arranged already).

These are attractive, comfortable and sturdy. There’s a trick to unfolding them but there’s also instructions under the seat of each chair. I like that they stand on their own when folded and don’t have to lean against a wall (and fall over). I’d definitely buy more if I need them.

I got these for my Dad who is in an assisted living facility. His chairs had wheels which were great the first few years but now he has trouble getting up and needs his chair to be stable. I got these chairs so he could fold them up when he is not using them to give him more room and that would look nice. These chairs meet all expectations. They are a little hard to fold up but they unfold easily, look great and are really sturdy.

Good product. The fold up chairs are a bit shorter than regular table chairs but still offer adequate support. There is a bar that runs along front that my husband notes he has hit his calves against when he stands up but I have not experienced it. Color is as I expected it to be. Added pictures in natural sunlight and indoor light.

Sturdy, comfortable chairs. Ordered 4 and one came with a small wood chunk missing on the bottom of the leg. We found it in the box and just glued it back on then used a little stain to match the rest of the chair. Overall, a good choice for our extra seating in the dining room. However, hard to open them !

These are a little small but they do work well and the seat is the same height as a standard dinning room chair

Beautiful chairs . My guests didn’t think it was a folding chair . We have it in our Master bedroom with a small eating table . Facing a beautiful city view . Wanted our room to have that resort feel.

La verdad es que me daba miedo comprarlas a ese precio sin verlas físicamente, pero he de decir que son de mejor calidad de lo que esperaba. Calidad precio son un 10/10

He comprado solo una...porque no quedabas me gustaría saber cuando vuelven a meter en venta, son estupendas, quiero mas!

para el comedor quedan de maravilla. Y si tienen poco espacio como nosotros, totalmente recomendado :)
