If you are looking for a Heavy Duty safe, this one is it.First, at over 330 lbs., it’s a tank. You will need a heavy duty hand truck or appliance dolly with straps to move it. Once I had it on my hand truck, it was all down hill from there. Can’t imagine going up stairs with it but I’m sure it can be done.No one is going to steal this safe. My previous safe was 150 lbs. and the thief’s tried to open it then just took it with them. Not this one.I chose the mechanical combination option. Worked flawlessly. On Our previous safe only my wife had the touch.Second, It arrived in perfect condition. Communication from the seller was excellent- the coordination of delivery was excellent.I am using it for important documents, some heirloom jewelry, and collectible handguns. Plenty of space and the adjustable shelves are an excellent addition. I have to slide it about 2 inches to have it done but will need to wait until my sons visit to do it.(It’s my last safe - moving it out will be someone else’s problem!)My only issue was with the delivery company. They only had a box truck available and the driver tried twice to back into my driveway then gave up. I’ve had larger box trucks back into the driveway and complete the delivery much closer to the house. Oh well, it made for a good workout.

These days it's rare to have a product surpass your expectations , but this safe did. After reading so many reviews about various companys and similar products I was holding my breath to see what I would receive on delivery day. But I was so impressed by every step of this order from Amazon, to the safe company, to the shipping company to the delivery driver to the safe itself, all 100 percent. If your looking for a safe that is to heavy for a burglar to cary (330lbs), and one thats extremely sturdy, rated at 2 hours in a fire etc. this is one I would recomend. Note I ordererd the manual combination dial.

I purchased two safes from this company and could not be happier. The delivery was prompt and the trucking company was very professional. The safe itself is solid as one would expect. In fact honestly the pricing is very affordable for the quality of safe this is. Any local safes were nearly double the price. I had one little issue with the safe and the company called me and offered the most professional attentive service and that made my purchase even that much better. With amazon there is a disconnect from the seller - which I often like- but in the case it could not have been more the opposite and with a higher ticket item that was such a nice change. The service that this company offered reflected a true pride of ownership and loyalty to the customer that we just dont see that often anymore. These guys get a 10+ in my book.

Took a bit of wrestling to get it into position by myself on account of the weight, but very well made, and I doubt anyone will be stealing my valuables any time soon!

If you click on the wrong safe, you will lose over $500 bucks (more than half) in shipping and restocking fee. Make sure you look into your crystal ball and see that the safe is not a little too big, or small for your needs. There is no reasonable return option. Once you order, you are stuck with it.
