Great yeast for mead, has nutrient aL ready added. Made several batches with this and it works.
Really reliable, great for mead. I use this yeast regularly, and have made several batches of mead. It works really well. For a 1 gallon batch - I use 1.7Kg of honey, 3x teaspoons of this yeast, and mineral water. (Sterilise everything first).

Fermented well and now clearing. Be several months before I can give final review but seems to have worked well. Last check gravity had dropped.
