Where can I get directions for making envelopes?

There's a great Youtube video (How to use a Bira Craft 12x12 inch Scoring Board). You can make much bigger envelopes (and also boxes) than the little WRMK board.

Does anyone use this to make 3D envelopes to hold embellished cards? Does it work well?

I would like to buy one of these boards but am worried about the comments in the Reviews about the measurements being off. Is there a newer version?
