I tried it and it's very easy to use. Changing battery is easy too. It takes a Flat battery (idk what their called tbh but it's almost the size of a dime)

I have a water softener here in Jax, FL and I bought this so I could see if the system was actually working. Lo and behold it has shown me that it’s actually not working and it’s not making my water very soft at all. Needless to say this product has given me great insight into making sure I get the company to fix my system or give me a new one since I spent roughly $5,000 on it and I’m being cheated.
