Edgeware Diamond Edge 2 Stage Electric Knife Sharpener
This sharpener works fine on regular knives that are less expensive. However, on my more expensive knives, the sharpener does not work to well. In fact, it seems to make them worse.

Spend the money and get a good knife sharpner.This machine does not have enough power to sharpen knives the better one (about $100.00)is a much better buy, this one will sdissapoint.

Aiguise bien les différents types de lames
Aiguise bien mais nécessite une certaine pratique avant de pouvoir l'utiliser efficacement. Si on appuie trop fort avec la lame, l'appareil arrête, une sécurité pour ne pas endommager celle-ci.
