There is some import restrictions in my country (georgia) against ,,disposable instant ice pack" and is it possible to remove it from the kit?

What is the expiration date?

Most first aid kits last from 3-5 years so I would assume this one is no different.

Has anyone actually used this kit in an emergency? Did it have everything you needed?

I have one of these in my wood shop and have used it. I was impressed with it. Obviously every emergency is different, but this kit is quite comprehensive.
