American Power Pull 14600 Post Puller

This is the one. Heavy duty and a long handle sufficient for removing t-posts pounded four feet in the ground. Don't waste time and money on the short version or the light weight versions. This one also has the hook for a chain for other post removal. I used this to remove old posts from a fence line in a now flooded reservoir. I had tried bending, pulling, wobbling, etc. I used this puller with a section of 2x8 as a wider base in the muck and each one came straight out. Keep the base close to the post for best leverage. No need for a cheater bar but the handle could handle one if needed - it is that heavy.

This post puller is truly heavy duty and easy to use. It grips the post securely and doesn't slip. I haven't used the attaced chain hook yet but I can see the benefit of it. The only reason I did not rate it a 5 is because on really tough posts to pull where you are pulling down hard on the handle, the rubber grip on end of the handle will slip off. Being aware of that now I will either remove the grip, apply some adhesive inside of it, or use a cheater bar.

Amazing! I have been trying to pull metal T-Posts for weeks with zero success, only bent posts and a sore back. As soon as I got this I was impressed with the quality, very solid. After removing from the box I went to work and wow!! In about 10 seconds the first post came out, easily, I went down the line and pulled them all out and was done in less time then it took too order this amazing post puller. I highly recommend this product.

Very heavy duty T post puller. Lot bigger than I thought it would be. Pulled t-posts very easily. Much better price than a smaller one from the local feed stores. Fast shipping.

Used to pull stakes by hand. No more. With the addition of a "foot" for stability, this implement does the trick without much force at all.

Complete pot metal crap that bent on the first post. The hook is at a wrong angle creating extra torgque against bad metal. Do NOT buy, unless you are pulling very tiny posts :)
