Great little temperature controller!
Quality seems to be good, and it's easy to configure. Wish it could switch to fahrenheit, but it's not a big deal because you set it and forget it. When you cut power to the controller it retains the settings. We're using it to control a small ventilation fan for the electrical compartment in our camper, and it's been working flawlessly! Small size, great value!

DROK Electronic Thermostat Controller
Work perfectly for what I needed. wiring and programming is a little confusing, but some reviews helped with that. I have one hooked up with 24 VDC to run fan when temperature rises to high and the other one in a differnt box to do the same but 12 VDC. The temperature probes are within less than .5 degree celsius of actural temperature. Setting up for cooling: 1. Set letter to 'C' 2. Set bottom number to degrees celsius where you want the fan to turn 'OFF' 3. Set top number to degees celsius in incriments above the fan off set previously. (Example: Bottom number set to 35 and top number set to 2.5 = Fan on at 37.5 and fan off at 35) Wiring for Cooling: 1. Plus Terminal - Connect to Possitive on Battery and Positive on Fan 2. Negative Terminal - Connect to the Negative on the Battery. 3. Relay Terminal - Connect to the Negative Terminal wire. 4. Relay Terminal - Connect to the Negative on the Fan.

simple and works!
Great thermostat. They just need to improve the instructions on it. Follow other buyers reviews for instructions, it helped me way more than the product instructions. Overall i'm happy, it's small, simple and works!

Using for 3D resin printing to maintain temp
Paired with 12V heating pads (several options available here), I use this to keep my resin printer at 30C when printing. I'm sure it could go a lot higher, but have not used it that way. Note that this is just the temperature controller or thermostat, not the device that actually generates the heat. You provide it with DC power (as specified), use the buttons to choose your target temperature, and when the temperature probe reads lower than target temp, it closes a relay, which allows DC power to flow the heating elements, which in turn generate the heat. When the desired temp is reached, this device opens the relay, cutting power to the heaters. Note that this controller defaults to some hysteresis, which means that by default, it does not turn the heater on and off at exactly the same temperature. In my case, I chose a factor of 2C, meaning that it starts heating when the temp falls below 28C, but stops heating when it reaches 30C. Among other things, this prevents rapid turning the heat on and off in quick succession, so I advise using it. This can be specified using the unit's menu options.

It’s garbage
It’s garbage. I’ve tried several different ways to wire it just over 13 V in and on one occasion I saw 2 V out but most of the time I get no power out even though the relay is on. Documentation is garbage as well but that’s not surprising given where it’s from. The picture on the product page is not accurate either for the wiring. Even the screen printed markings on the item itself doesn’t seem accurate. It says V plus and V minus. And two other markings for the load, which is not accurate it does not work.

Stores settings.
Solid unit. Good visual on the LCD screen. Programming good, instructions leave a bit to imagination. Not real clear how to set the hysteresis of the on/off cycle. Light, powers up and stores settings. Handy.

It works.
Works well. I see some comments about failures. I have used it for 2 weeks now and so far so good. I have it wired to a video receiver. The cabinet doesn't meet the recommended clearances, so I bought this to control a USB powered fan. (connectors bought seperately). The wiring isn't completely intuitive. I got out a VOM to understand what the connectors and switch did. To be honest, I then looked at the wiring diagram and it showed the same thing, but I didn't look until I was done. Of note, the USB is 5v, so it does work a little lower than 6. I'm sure others might want a USB powered option.

Nice controller for the price
Great little controller for the price. Nice features. As others have noted, wish it could switch to fahrenheit.

Easy setup, bright clear display.
Screen is bright and easy to read. Controlled a small 24vdc fan well until the fan failed. Setup is also easy, for basic temp control instructions weren’t even required. For audible alarm they would be needed, but not what I bought this for and this instructions are quite clear if one wanted to use this feature. Can be powered via terminals or micro USB as seen in photos.
