I wouldn't buy this again for only one reason: the overpowering scent that I can't remove. It was so strong it permeated the packaging and the shipping box. It smells like a super-potent scented laundry detergent. I've washed it in my own unscented brand; again in borax and washing soda and a rinse of white vinegar; and a third time in OxyClean and baking soda and white vinegar (*that* combo should have done it) --- and before washing I had them submerged in those solutions and soaking for hours and even overnight on that last attempt. Oh, and I dried them in the sun. I'm in Arizona and the sun is STRONG and it practically sterilizes things (not really, but close). The scent is offensive to me, but it's especially problematic because my husband is allergic to fragrances, and I bought two of these to wear while sleeping to help my carpal tunnel syndrome. I'll have to sleep on the edge of my side of the bed.That's The reason I selected these is for the gel pad, and I'm happy to say that's very comfortable. The thumb slit is not, however, because it doesn't allow my thumb to rest at a comfortable angle and I can't figure out why.All in all, if you don't have a problem with fragrances (where IS that coming from??), then these may work just fine for you.

I was hopeful based on reviews that these would be more comfortable to sleep in than my Mueller wrist supports. Unfortunately, they are not. The thumb opening isn't rounded at the top which would have made them more comfortable. The overall size is too large. I found it difficult to get them tight enough . There is just too much bulk to them. I tried on a Futuro night wrist support in the store. They are so much more comfortable and less bulky. I will be ordering them from Amazon since in store they are double the price.

This supporter has everything than average wrist splints dont. Foremost, the night wrist sleep support brace fits not just the wrist itself, but also the palm up to the fingers’ base. There is a small pillow filled with gel. It makes your wrist steady in one neautral position. But if you need to wake up at night to take a piss, prepare to take it off, because this supporter makes your hand immobilized for a night. Two sides of the same coin, so to speak. Still the big hooray from me. Definitely 5 stars.

These do what they're supposed to do, I can sleep through the night without my hands and arms falling asleep. However they run rather large and even with the adjustable straps they are not snug on my hands or wrist. I'm a 5'3" female with proportionate sized hands (size small I guess) and the are very loose. The thumb slit it awkward as well. If you have small hands, I'd suggest another kind.

Can you believe it — I’ve tried a dozen of similar wrist strips for wearing at day and night. And only two of them were not an absolute rubbish. This was my last purchase. Pluses: elastic, durable, really fits both hands, easy to take on/off. Minuses: didn’t notice so far.

I was sceptical that this would help the carpal tunnel type symptoms I was experiencing however my scepticism was misplaced. The wrist support has provided considerable improvement and after two weeks of almost continual wear the symptoms have largely cleared up. This support has proved especially helpful at night. My physio nurse friend advised me they don't work for everyone but it has certainly worked for me.

Awesome support brace for my wrist. I strongly recommend to everyone who has tendinitis, arthritis and other “-ritis” diagnoses. I have a heavy arthritis, my fingers are burning like hell sometimes. I used this supported for wrists as a nighttime solution. It prevents the burning and tingling in the morning. And doesn’t squeeze my fingers like in gripe.

Have the carpal issues? I advise trying this wrist support/brace. I wish they had the same thing, but a more mobile version, for a daytime. At nights I used to tumble and fussle, but with this thing on I sleep like an infant. Just plain awesome.
