In the box, there’s a small attachment with clips (not the extra pair of end caps). What is its purpose, and how is it attached to the item?

It does clip on to end caps to hang tool, my guess.

How do I get replacement blades

Replacement blades are available through the LEVEL5 Amazon store, or can be located through a search.

How will I know if it will fit?

I don't even know what you are asking. Where are you trying to fit it? It says it's a 14 inch wide blade. What other info could possibly need.

Buenos dias. Esa cuchilla viene con el mango ??
