Super fast delivery. Really easy to set up and install. Perfect for what I needed it for - my Grandma is delighted that she has the ability to call for help whenever she needs it. Instructions are clear (thank you) although I was surprised at the greeting when batteries were installed - no idea what it said as it was in a language I couldn't decipher.....! Would recommend this - the range is great, even through several walls. The carers at Grandma's care home are really pleased with it too - just a shame the care home doesn't provide ''tis sort of thing for all their residents (but that's a separate battle!). We bought this to use in our 3 storey house, first when elderly mum ill and needed assistance in middle of the night. Now she is mobile again but can’t go and up and downstairs without being accompanied. She uses it to call me when she want me to ‘fetch’ her. It really works and the option of either some pleasant tune or a flashing light is great. I have not read the instructions, it seems obvious what to do.

I love this product. I am in bed most of the time with Severe ME and calling for help verbally is exhausting and physically impossible sometimes, this little button lies on my bedside trolley and whenever I get up I just hang it round my neck before getting off the bed so I can call for help if needed. My carer has the receiver, which is not much bigger than a mobile phone and can be carried in a pocket if she goes into the garden, in the kitchen and can clearly hear the tone and see the light when I call. It can be heard throughout the house, but has a smooth, clear ring tone which does not cause me pain or discomfort like some doorbell chimes do. The button is soft rubber and easy to press, even so, I have never managed to accidentally pressed it while wearing it in bed on my bad days which is great. I'm very happy with this product!

Bought this for my 87 year old Mum who has dementia, she has forgotten how to use her mobile to ring for help. She sleeps downstairs and I sleep upstairs. Now when I put her to bed at night, I place this next to her and remind her to press the button if she needs me. So far, she is remembering and I can sleep better knowing she can press for help. Range does not seem a problem and sound is very easy to control. Excellent product and good price.

Not been used in an emergency only when accidentally pressed, sound is very good even from the garage into the living room, 3rooms away but has now started flashing continuously and the only way to stop it is to remove the batteries which defeats the object. When it worked it was ideal but now defunct and no way to rectify it.

We needed something urgently when I became a sudden carer to a sick family member. This was a godsend and slowed me to move easier around the house and sleep as was so easy to use and easy to hear. There are so many times on it, but we used a basic door bell sound as the others seemed inappropriate under the circumstances. We have an upstairs and downstairs, and I managed to go to garden so range was great.

Pants product. Worked well for a few weeks and then the blue light of doom came on and it stopped working entirely. Gutted. A precious reviewer commented on the same fault

Sehr guter Notruf für Senioren: leicht zu bedienen und leicht einzustellen mit vielen Einstellmöglichkeiten. Sehr viele verschiedene Töne und Melodien für den / die Empfänger, wobei auch die Lautstärke verändert werden kann. Drückt man beim Sender den Knopf werden per Funk zuverlässig und mit großer Reichweite die Empfänger aktiviert, die sich sowohl akustisch als auch optisch bemerkbar machen. Leider kann man den einzelnen Empfänger nicht mit einem Schalter außer Betrieb nehmen, um Batterien (je 3x Micro) zu sparen; man muß eine Batterie herausnehmen und dann wieder - richtig herum - einlegen. Wie lange die Batterien im Dauerbetrieb halten, wurde noch nicht getestet. Aber auf jeden Fall einen empfehlenswerte und hilfreiche Anschaffung!

Preis Leistung stimmt. Ein tolles Gerät, leistet gute Dienste. Zuverlässig auch über eine Etage. Durch viele Klingeltöne bietet das Gerät abwechslung. Helles blaues blinkendes Licht und der Ton ist gut zu hören. Leicht einstellbar.
