Can someone confirm this is the "New" style? Is the controller end like a headphone jack?

Have no idea what the "New" style means. The wires I ordered as extension wires had a flat fitting 3 prong positive end and flat fitting 3 slot receiver end. It does not plug into the controller.

how do I connect to second rerailer from first rerailer?

I'm assuming you have one rerailer connected to your power supply. If the second rerailer is located with the first no further action is required. If the second rerailer is in a separate, isolated block then you will need to provide an electrical piece for separating individual blocks Then cut the wire leads to the blocks, strip the wires to fit in the block, jumper the second block to the first block and connect the first block to you power supply.

Is it possible to cut 2 wires from the male connector and hook up to the mrc tech 6?

Don't know what a mrc tech 6 is but assuming it is a controller wit dc out I think so.
