My partner used to buy virtually identical briefs from a certain well known store. He bought them for years until they changed the manufacturer and consequently the fit. We found these on Amazon and were very impressed. The quality and fit were equally as good as the ones he has worn for years. They also washed well. This is a second purchase so you can tell we were impressed. I’m sure we will be buying more!This is an update of the review I left when I purchased the original underwear in a white colour. The first lot I bought were made of a cotton fabric. I have recently bought another lot in white and a set in the pastel colours.The first thing to note is the white set is a different fabric than the original cotton purchase. The fabric is more silky, thinner and stretchy. They are still an excellent fit. They are a well made, quality product. They wash well and are very soft. With the fabric having more stretch I’m told they are very comfortable to wear.In the last couple of weeks I also purchased a set in the pastel coloured range. They have all the same excellent qualities as the white and will definitely be repurchased in future. The last set I bought on offer so it was a win win situation! Having said that they are value for money even at full price.

These are genuinely superb quality and offer supreme comfort. Being on the larger side in the groin department can pose problems when choosing underwear, as it can be embarrassing when wearing smart trousers with bulges everywhere! However these really help by offering excellent support yet somehow feel invisible when worn - you will be checking if you have them on! The fabric is lovely on the skin and seriously does feel like silk. I've had none of the horrible discomfort that can be felt in cotton briefs - they're are certainly breathable which helps so much. The colours are great and they wash really well without any shape or colour loss. This is my second purchase from Wirarpa and absolutely won't be my last.Finally, I'd say they're pretty much true to size but due to the excellent waistband and the material feeling so soft and light, I'd say that the sizes could cover a wider range - I'm a 36 waist and the L fit me perfectly, but I'd expect someone with a waist size 38-40 would also find these a good and comfortable fit, and similarly I do believe I I'd get away with the mediums but it all depends on personal preference.Great purchase and great value!

Okay, first of all, can only wear briefs, can’t stand boxer shorts going down leg. Want something straight forwards that keeps everything in place.In Jeans I’m a waist 36” or 38” depending on brand. So my first order for these was for size L.Size L was perfect on waist and bum, but front bit wasn’t so roomy, and it’s not handling anything exceptional 🫣But, I liked the fabric, I like how they are put together, I like not having a pesky hole in the front for things to escape from, I liked the colors, and they are stretchy, so naturally ordered another size.This time XL, and we have improved the storage issue, but now at the back they have a tendency to roll themselves down as we have a little too much fabric in that area.So it’s a really difficult one is this. I like so much about them, and I’m someone who very much likes to keep everything in its place, so I don’t want them really loose at the front, but they don’t seem to be giving me very much at the front at all, and as I say, they don’t have an overwhelming task to contend with.The quality of these is far better than any other briefs, I just think the fitting needs to be re looked at in the L and XL sizes. I really want to buy them again, a little more storage on the size L would be spot on I think.(Well that wasn’t too embarrassing 😳) - hope it was worthwhile and helped someone!

Very comfortable. Excellent fit. Cool material. Lightweight and easy to wear. Will buy again. In a word - Superb!

These are super soft and comfortable. Wash well too and holding shape. True to size. Provide decent support for running.

item arrived promptly, well packed. The briefs are well made from a sensational soft fabric and give a lovely comfy feeling fit. However, little lift to the pouch was evident when putting them on and after half a day all my bunch was hanging as if there was no supportive underwear. No good to me, I'm afraid. Back to the previous sports briefs.
