Best of All.
I first bought this type of Anti snoring vent a few years ago because it seemed like a great idea. I have a deviated septum, so I bought them. Over time I could not find the same ones and had to buy other manufacturers product. Most of them were really hard. Some so much so that they hurt. Because of this I search the product description for the word soft as part of the description. Often you will find the word soft, but they are not... Please believe me I have tried many and only returned one because returning is a pain in the neck. But most are hard. The CaliGo ones really are. They are comfortable. They work. A+

Great for a deviated septum, not so much for snoring
I have a deviated septum combined with chronic nasal congestion. So I can sleep only on my left side and breathe through one nostril on my nose. If I sleep on my right side, my nostril closes against the septum and the other nostril is congested so I can't breathe at all. I'd be fine just sleeping on my left side but some years ago I dislocated my left shoulder, and even though it's healed, it hurts to sleep on my left side for an extended period of time. So I can't sleep on my left, I can't sleep on my right, and I can't sleep on my back due to sleep apnea.I went to a specialist in sleep medicine who, after examining me, recommended to buy some conical nose vents as a means to aid my breathing. There are plenty of nasal vents but he emphasized "conical". So I picked these because they are made from a soft-ish silicone rubber material. They come in two sets of four sizes, and after finding the right size for me, they're reasonably comfortable, and prevent my nostril from closing against my septum. I can now sleep on either side, which is great.I'd give these 5 stars but I'm taking one star off for advertising as "anti snoring". That is not so. My wife says I still snore, although she thinks I may be snoring a bit more softly. These won't stop snoring. But they really help me with breathing at night.

8 pairs "NOT"
The product container I received only had 7 pairs in it, not the 8 it was advertised to have. Of course, the size that's most comfortable to me, (the xtra large) was the one unit that was missing. Otherwise, these are comfortable to wear. My nasal passages for the most part are remaining open. The loud obnoxious snoring has decreased significantly, replaced by a much less offensive nasal breathing type noise. Before,..... I was a 100% mouth breathing sleeper. Now that I can breathe thru my nose, I believe it's just a matter of time until I relearn how to properly breathe during sleep. Reversing years of habitually breathing thru my mouth will be a habit that will take some time to overcome. So far the use of this product has given me promising results....

Doesn't fit/uncomfortable/ no refund
They're soft, but the sizes don't work for me. The smallest is too small, and the next size up is uncomfortable and doesn't fit all the way. The main reason I got these was to try to prevent one of my nostrils from closing after having my deviated septum "fixed", bit since my nostrils are different sizes and none of the sizes given actually fit, I don't think it works for me.I asked it I can return then or get a refund, and they said only if I give a 5star review. So be prepared to keep them if they don't work for you, or to lie to people.

They really work!
I can't wear breath rite strips because they aggravate the skin on my nose. I have really narrow passages so when I lay down they close up a little making it hard to get a lot of air in. I have thought for years if there were some way to open the passages with a straw or something similar that would be great then I found these. I read a lot of reviews and decided on this brand because of the reviews about comfort and being a little softer than the competitions products. Ive worn a pair the last few nights and they are comfortable and work well at helping me breath in air . Its nice to have the option of all of the sizes that are included with the purchase.

These snore plugs have saved my marriage!
At first I was skeptical about them but I couldn't stand my husband's snoring any longer. So I went along and bought them, and boy am I glad that I did. From the very first night my husband started using them there was instant difference in the night. I haven't gotten this much sleep since I don't know when. I definitely recommend these to anyone that has a spouse that keeps them up at night because of snoring. If I could I would give this product six stars out of five! Highly Recommend.

Do not work
I bought these with great expectations based on the reviews. I inserted them into my nostrils the night that I received them. My wife woke me (according to her count) 12 times during the night because of the loud snoring. She claims the snoring was half again as loud as without the anti-snoring plugs. I was very disappointed to say the least. I would not recommend this product.

Must-have addition to your anti-snore toolkit
These nose vents significantly reduced my snoring, per my wife. I have also used a mouthguard for years, which ha helped.Let me be clear: these nose vents (nor the mouthguard, for that matter) do not work miracles. Rather, the vents are part of an overall plan to reduce snoring. While I'm sure the vents alone would help my snoring, used in conjunction with my mouthguard they have really made a positive difference. I do still snore, just not nearly as much as before.
