This bbq book is quite old and yet the recipes and ideas still work well.

Excellent book, very quick and easy to understand. Worth the money spent on it. Lots of recipes to try and experiment with.

Very good ideas for the beginner in the art of barbecuing. The detailed photos accompanying most recipes are a good visual of needed ingredients and the presentation. Haven't tried them as yet, still waiting for the outside kitchen to be completed.
