Ok so my histamine levels were over 7867 in highest ref range 959 /7 times the norm basically/. The bloating was one thing, but every morning I felt like I have something stuck in my throat that I desperately want to caugh out, but couldnโt. ChatGpt told me to get Quercitin and Vitamin C. These were exactly what I needed after 5 months of torture
My eustachian tubes have been full of velcro/rice krispie sounds for 5 months. It distorted sounds and the crackling noises every time I yawned or swallowed was so maddening. Learned there was an inflammation in the narsopharynx and now my eosinophils were chaotic and wouldn't calm and kept re-inflaming tissue on their own.
