I now have three of these zip tie guns. They are essential when making wreaths, and now that I’m teaching wreath classes I use them with my students.

The media could not be loaded. This tool is well built and although the main handle is plastic on this model it is a very strong and high-quality plastic. The mechanism is all metal as well as the tension selection dial. It is very easy to use and really makes doing ties faster and easier. It does have a tension adjustment dial with numbers showing the setting but I did find that changing the settings sometimes was hard to tell the difference but it does get them tight enough that its hard to spin the cable tie on the cable after using the tool so it does a pretty good job getting it tight. Great tool for the money and well built. I can see this tool lasting a very long time even with high use.I am giving 4 stars because changing the tension dial doesn't seem to do as much as you would think. But it still makes pretty tight ties.

Works as advertised

This product is junk. I bought it this past March in anticipation of my heavy Christmas season decorating. I thought it would make a huge difference for me. Unfortunately, it doesn't work and I didn't discover that until I took it out this Christmas season to finally use. I'm months past the return window and there's no way for me to contact the seller now. So I suppose it's going to go in the trash. I've watched many videos on how to use these and had a demonstration from the person who suggested this specific tool to me. I've made sure the zip ties teeth line up with the tools teeth, I even flipped them over just to be sure. But all the tool does is tighten the zip tie, it does not cut it. The top cutting portion doesn't even move on the gun. It's almost like it's stuck and refuses to cut anything. Total waste of money since that was what I wanted it for. Buyer beware!

It cuts the zip tie before it gets tight. I've adjusted the knob past 3 and its not enough.

This is perfect for getting wire ties the tightest and clipping them o??.. love it
