not a deluxe vollrath pan
Not a deluxe vollrath. I have other deluxe vollrath pans and this one is not as nice. Scraped on arrival too. Returning.

Cannot use on induction cooktops
Nice pan, but, can not be used on induction cooktops, as it was claimed.

I was hoping it was like the ones we have in Italy but is very thick and not easy to lift with one hand to be used as supposed to. The product seems sturdy and well done overall

Versatile, no frills, durable fry pan
I've used this style of Volrath fry pans for years in my catering company and at home. They're durable, conduct heat beautifully, and perform beyond their price point. If you want a no frills, quality fry pan this is an easy choice.The 12" is a great versatile size. The 14" is nice for a lot of food but can be a bit much for home ranges and has a bit of heft. For me, 10" just never fits quite enough.
