Great 🎻.
It's the best 🎻 for beginners and the music emanating from this is at par with other costlier 🎻. Thanks for delivering at the given time and the response by the person at the customer care was a pleasant experience. Thanks a lot.

Good product, you won't regret buying.
Good product. Good finishing. Good delivery service. Good packaging. Cost effective. I don't see any negative points as described in some of the reviews. I recommend beginners, go for it. Product even reviewed by Alison Sparrow, a professional violinist and was given a thumbs up (search in YouTube). No problems with the product yet.

Rubbish product.
Very good finishing but sound quality is not atall melodious. Very much metalic sound. I purchased but i had to return it. U will get better one within 4k - 5k. Retrun experience was also very bad. It took nearly 40days to get mt money back. Thanks to Amazon team to help me to refund. So think twice to purchase.

Pay Rs.7000 not 16900+
Amazon.COM has it at $100 (about Rs.7000). Even including shipping, it shouldn't cross Rs.8500. Then why pay Rs.16900+ here on the "Indian version of Amazon"?

Five Stars... not because it's the best, but because it is the best at its price
Straight up: I am not a violinist. I have played clarinet, I whistle, I play guitar, ukulele, fretless bass, keyboards; but classical string instruments terrified me. I am not an expert on violins, but I do know my way around guitars; Mendini does not make terrible instruments. Are they the best? How would I know? I can barely piece together a tune on the fiddle. But I can say that a week later (after setting it up and tuning it every day) it still seems to be holding its pitch. ETA Almost two years later: Having used the instrument for a while now, some of the deficiencies are obvious. The fine tuners are super tiny and difficult to adjust. The strings could be better. The bow barely holds the right shape. But those are easy things to ignore and/or upgrade. And I don't think I would have appreciated the difference if I had spent considerably more on a better instrument. It's still quite serviceable for a practice instrument, and while I look forward tot he day when I am commited enough to violin to buy something better, that day is still a long ways off. Until then, this fiddle is solidly in the "good enough" camp. The pegs slipped, but I jammed 'em into the headstock until they stuck. The bridge was a bit wonky, but a couple YouTube videos showed me how to set it up straight. The biggest issue I came across was that one of the screws on the micro-tuners fell out of the saddle. This was a trivial fix. Overall, I have zero compaints, It is a cheap violin. If am 100% certain that if it sounds bad it is entirely my own fault. Maybe one day I will get a better instrument, but until I get a decent tone out of this (which I know is possible), I know that it wouldn't be worth the extra cash.

Sadly disappointed 😞
The bow doesn't work, the strings unwind, and there's a loose bit of dowelling inside the violin. The rosin is in pieces and it was a total waste of money. I wouldn't even give it a 1 star rating.
