Amazing product to help extend the life of your boots.
Amazing!! It gave life back to my boots for another solid 6 months when i shoulda have just replaced. But everything was fine minus the toe of the boot. Using this helped to extend that time. Easy to apply. Does get a little fumy so do it in the garage or outside. Great protection and thickness is decided on how many coats you do. Awesome value and it looks great.

Better than Tuff Toe.
It's been 4 months, and still holding up great. A very small "hole" has appeared on the top of one boot, nothing latest forever and I'm very hard on my boots. I've had "tuff toe" with a larger "hole" in half the time before. The co-worker that turned me on to Kg's said his usually outlasts the boot leather. And at half the price, I'll only use Kg's from now on. Only "downside" (i don't mind it, in fact I prefer it) some might see is the appearance. The "textured" isn't for everyone. So if you like the glossy look of tuff toe, Kg's won't work for you.

Definitely worth it, but maybe not as durable as Tuff Toe.
Pretty good product, it says two coats, but I did three, there is plenty of product in the jar for even more, or touchups. It is a bit softer than the other more expensive paint on toe protector product, but with half the price. A lot of people say it's too dark, I disagree, it looks perfectly brown to me.

Patched The Hole in My Boot!
Like most reviewers, I found this to be relatively easy to use. I had one boot which had developed a hole in the toe about the size of a dime. I used a thin piece of leather from another tired boot to patch the hole. I applied a coat to the toe, stuck the patch on, and applied more over the patch. Two more coats and I think it will last. So far, I have not noticed wear on the toes since this was applied. Don't forget to mix it up well before each use! I used a small paint brush instead of the supplied applicator, and I pulled the masking tape before each coat set up. Came out pretty neat.

Ideal for motorcycle boots
The toe of my left motorcycle boot was showing wear from the metal scrambler-style machined shift peg I installed because I was slipping on the original rubber shifter. Only then did I realize I make most of my upshifts on the leather toe instead of the shift pad on the boot. So, I applied two coats of Kg’s just to that toe. Works like a charm. Covered up the wear and will protect it from further damage. It’s also well textured, which makes for even surer engagement with the shifter. I can’t speak to its long-term wear resistance, but there’s absolutely none after a few rides since coating the toe of the boot. If it does eventually wear down, I’ll just reapply. Looks very purposeful too. A couple of fellow riders asked me about it and gave thumbs-up on the idea. BTW, the material that creates texture varies in size. So I used a toothpick to sort of "knock down" the bigger lumps while it was still wet and create a more even result.

Good product.
Works well. I have been using this for years working industrial construction and it does save the toe and even the heel of the boot. I bought one awhile ago and what I received was hard upon opening. I threw it away rather than dealing with. Going to retire anyways.

My review after about 5 months. Great product
My steel toe was showing completely through my right boot so I order this hoping to save my boots a bit longer and I've been really happy with the outcome. Cleaned my boot toe really well with alcohol and then gave it a good scuff and applied probably 5 coats over 36 hours and then gave it a full 24 hours before wearing them again. That was about 5 months ago and it's just not starting to peek metal back thru so I'm here to buy more and leave a review. I'm extremely rough on the toes of my boots crawling around welding all day. This product is 100% worth it. Super easy to apply and last a good while. I'm gonna apply it even thicker this time and will be applying it to every boot i buy from here on out. The fumes it gives off its really strong tho so definitely apply it outside and let them dry outside. I ran everyone out of my kitchen applying it.
