I can’t drink water but with the Knockout Fruit Punch mixed in I can chug 24 oz in 20 seconds. Game changer. The Strawberry Kiwi tastes like butt though.

This tastes so good. My gripe is to get the taste so good, I have to put a little more water than recommended. I drink it so fast I take in another 24-32oz of water post workout. I tend to drink about 1-2 servings in the hours post workout. Due to the excess water I end up getting up to urinate twice as much as normal. I guess this could be a diuretic, but I don't see anything in the ingredients that jump out at me, so that is why I assume it is the extra water. I don't train elite athlete status, so NO, I don't 'see' a difference. I look about the same, but it has been only about 3 months. I do notice better recovery times. A little about routine: I workout 4-5 times per week. I do a lot of body weight exercise due to prior back surgery. I mix in strength training with traditional weights, steady state cardio like treadmill and swimming. I also mix in some yoga/pose style training with some HIIT. I try to eat as clean as I can, and got this product because I started IF (intermittent fasting) about 9 months ago. I workout early in the morning so with IF I could not long take post-workout protein (ON Gold Standard). My supplement routine is amino energy pre-workout, Xtend post (Can't have too many stimulants and this is stimulant free), ON Gold Standard when my fasting window opens, multi vitamins, fish oil and glucosamine throughout the day. Since starting IF I have dropped about 10-12 lbs. 5'8'' and went from about 185 to 175 lbs give or take.

I’ve been enjoying this BCAA powder, especially during workouts. The fruit punch flavor is good and mixes easily with water, plus I like that there’s no sugar. The flavor can be a little strong for me, so I usually add some extra water to tone it down. Other than that, it’s convenient and easy to work into my regular gym routine.

Knockout Fruit Punch is my favorite by far. I’ve also tried the Glacial Grape and Italian Blood Orange to mix it up occasionally. Grape is okay but my east favorite. I feel like it needs to be very very cold to taste best, but Fruit Punch is good room temp or cold! I know some people feel these are unnecessary, but I do feel like these BCAAs help with my recovery, especially if I haven’t gotten enough protein in. The sodium content also helps manage my POTS during and after workouts.

I started working out and As I intensified my workout, I was surprised my body did not recover as it used to like 10 years ago… this product has been amazing, my aches are gone and I feel 💯 % better. I ordered the fruit punch, it’s a bit strong, so I use less than a scoop. Great product I highly recommend it!

Flavor not the greatest but does help me get through a workout. Mix well with water. Seems like they have changed their ingredients, so not the same as 7 years ago

I am using it after long time. Bit confuse about this flavour. Because i used to take Green Apple and Water Melon. But this one is kind of mixture of both. But as a product in BCAA category this Product stands out. Great intra and post workout drink. You may also take it on off days.

今まで買ってきたXtend BCAAはマンゴー、フルーツパンチ、イタリアンブラッドオレンジ、グレープ、トロピックサンダー、スイカの6種類ですが、 個人的な美味しさの順番はフルーツパンチ＞トロピックサンダー≧グレープ≧マンゴー＞イタリアンブラッドオレンジでしたね。 (スイカはまだ未開封) 特にフルーツパンチは炭酸で溶かすと、懐かしいファンタのフルーツパンチに負けない美味しさです。 次点でトロピックサンダーで、甘さと酸味のバランスが良いです。これも炭酸で溶かすと美味しいです。 グレープは美味しいですが甘さが強いですね。 マンゴーも美味しいですが飲み続けると段々と飽きてきました。 イタリアンブラッドオレンジは美味しいけど面白味が無いというか少し酸味の方が強いですね。 うちではトレーニングとか関係無く清涼飲料水の代わりに飲んでいます。 こっちのほうがコスパが良いので。 例を挙げると西友のコカ・コーラ2Lペットボトルが約150円として、Xtend BCAAが90杯分でだいたい6000円。 コカ・コーラを6000円分買うと80Lなのに対し、Xtend BCAAは1杯で1L作れるので6000円で90L。 1スクープを何CCで溶かすかは人によりますが、うちでは今のところどの種類でも1Lで溶かして全く問題無いです。 3ヶ月に一度くらいAmazonで安売りしてるので、その時に2つ買っているから更にコスパは高いです。 Xtend BCAAを飲みだしてからは特に他の清涼飲料水を飲みたいと思う事も無くなりました。 先日久しぶりにコカ・コーラを飲みましたが「っかぁ～！やっぱうめぇな！」となるかと思ったらそうでもなく、 「ああ、コーラだね」という感じでした。 ただ難点は海外からの輸入品なので価格が安定していないという事でしょうか。 為替レートが円高になっても輸入製品が安くならないという事はままあるし。 逆に円安になった瞬間に高くなるのは何故なんだと、、、 安定供給して欲しいですね。
