I just had knee surgery and I was tired of all those inefficient ice bags. No more frozen vegetables or hospital ice packs.Why cheap out when you got only so much time left before you go to go back to work. If your goal is to recover fast, then I suggest you get it.Build quality and engineering seems well planned. It's got velcro loving fabric everywhere, so you can't miss a spot to apply the straps. So you can make it tight or loose very easily.So far after using this product, doing lots of exercise and using a TENS UNIT, I have seen my swelling go down. I have had a reduction in pain as well. The goal is to use the ice pack to reduce swelling after focused exercising. This should help you in recovery.At the end of the day it does it's job well.

First, the product is very effective at alleviating pain. And I like that I can leave it on for a long time, without experiencing frost burn; however, it is important to say that the accompanying brochure advises that when using the product for cold therapy, it should only be used for only 15-20 minutes at a time. I apply this product to my knee indirectly, because it is placed over my leggings, which I wear. Secondly, I had an issue. I called the company. They were wonderful because of their quick responsiveness. Issue was solved in a timely fashion.

I just had a full knee replacement and was told ice, ice, ice. The Dr wrote me a RX for an "ice machine" which I ordered and used for a couple days. That was a total pain in the neck because we constantly had to add ice. I ordered this ice wrap along with extra ice packets and it's been fabulous! I definitely recommend getting extra ice packets though so you always have cold ones. The only think we don't like about it is the pocket you slip a pack into that stays behind the knee...it's somewhat difficult to get the pack into the pocket. I also like the straps and if I need to, I can walk around the house with it on and it doesn't slip down. Definitely recommend.

These ice packs have helped tremendously with a recent injury to my knee. They're easy to put on and apply cold with pressure you adjust evenly. Happy with this purchase.

This product worked much better than expected. It was the 1st time since my meniscus tear last month that my entire knee could be iced at once without using multiple ice packs tied together. Heads up: don't leave the 3 ice packs in the freezer overnight. It was almost impossible to fit them back into the brace until they thawed out a little. 2 hours in the freezer is perfect.

I love this ice pack. It’s easy to freeze either with small ice packs frozen separately or in the pack . It stay cold for the 20 mins. I used it on my knee. Helped keep swelling down. It’s adjustable for several knee- leg sizes.

Purchased the 2-pack and have been using them for about a week as general relief after the day. I'm a big guy, and these fit my legs just fine. Hook and loop (Velcro) hold is excellent, and appears to be pretty durable. Was nice to be able to use our HSA to purchase these.I've only used them with frozen packs, and they get cold enough that I feel relief even through sweat pants for at least the recommended 20 minutes of application. I'd recommend adding a kitchen towel or something of similar thickness under them until they warm up a bit.I keep them in the freezer fully assembled, but the nice part about the removable packs is I can still get them in the freezer if I need the space, and if they ever wear out and leak, I can make new ones with custom FoodSaver bags and the rubbing alcohol/water mix you can find online.

Good quality…using it post knee surgery and the gel gets very cold and stays cold.The velcro straps make it fit well.I recommend
