Amazon Brand – Pinzon Mulberry Silk Pillowcase - Standard, Silver

I have been wanting to purchase a silk pillow case for some time now and I'm glad I bought this one. The material is super soft and the temperature is pretty well regulated through the night. I actually ended up buying my husband and grandmother one as well and they love it too!They have zipper closures and work very well. They are hand wash only and can pull colors from nearby things while drying, so I would recommend hanging on a white hanger or using clothes pins on a wire hanger.

I love sleeping on a cool pillow, and this doesn’t disappoint! The hidden zipper doesn’t hurt if you happen to sleep on it, and the fabric is lovely. The silk doesn’t snag or catch on dry skin, and remains smooth and luxurious.The colors (lt blue and grey) are gorgeous, and best of all, my hair looks great the next morning and doesn’t break! I will be investing in more colors soon!

At first, I ordered only one of these cases to see if I liked it and see how it washed etc. It was pretty great! The color was exactly the soft pink I was looking for. The silk wasn't crazy soft right out of the package but after a gentle hand wash and air dry it softened up. Sleeping on it is very nice. The material is very smooth, smoother than my cotton sheets, but not so slippery that you feel like you'll slide off and I haven't had any issues with static. The material washes well and dries quickly and I didn't notice any shrinkage or color change. However, I decided to order another one and the first thing I noticed was that it came in completely different packaging. The first case came in a lovely little cardboard box with the Pinzon label on it and this one came in a plastic bag with no brand marker of any kind which was disconcerting. Upon opening it, it didn't feel bad or anything but it didn't seem exactly the same as my other case. Laying them next to each other it was very obvious that they were two different colors of pink. I thought maybe I was sent a different brand item but the tags inside said Pinzon. I'm not really sure why there's a difference between the first pillowcase I ordered and this one but I was very unhappy with inconsistency in the product itself as well as the packaging. Arriving in a crumpled plastic bag give it a feeling of cheapness that a $25+ pillowcase really shouldn't have. It was disappointing. I returned and am waiting for a replacement. I hope this next one is more consistent with the first product I recieved.

I just recently discovered these and bought a few as an add on item which was very inexpensive around $5-6 per piece, these are the most luxurious soft and silky pillow cases I ever had. I keep rubbing my face against this softest silk when I go to bed. I can't afford paying $20 for 1 pillowcase but as an add on it's a super deal. I haven't washed it yet but hopefully it will not shrink in the wash. It comes individually packed in a Brown cardboard Box so it can be easily wrapped in gift paper I plan to buy several and give them as gifts to my friends and relatives.

These are lovely! Nice quality - cool to the touch and as soft and smooth as - well - silk!! No satin here - these are the real deal. Since you spend nearly a third of your life or so sleeping it totally makes sense to make your bedroom and bed a top priority!! These beautiful pillowcases make you feel like royalty; treat yourself! You'll be happy with these.

I love these pillowcases! My hair doesn't mat up anymore. The only problem is they stain relatively easily. I often have to go to sleep sucking on a throat lozenge for Sjogren's syndrome. As a result, I often drool pink. These stained pretty badly and I can't seem to get the stains out. The ones that are not stained are so perfect it's crazy. I wash them on delicate in the washer then hang them to dry. This is as easy as it gets!

Well, if you really want a buttery, yellow ivory, then these are for you. I wanted a softer shade of off-white, so i had to return them. The quality did seem good for the price.

I have purchased several pillow cases from amazon that are described as “silk” that were not actually silk and washed terribly. I did not have high expectation, but I also just won’t pay $70+ for one pillow case. This pizon mulberry silk (bought graphite) is great. I have had it for several months and have washed it as well without issue. I will say for people considering this type of pillow case (silk or satin) and to address some poor reviews about washing that there are very particular care instructions for this fabric. I wash mine folded in a garment bag (the small one for bras that I got at the dollar store), in cold water, on delicate and hang to dry. If you don’t do this, you will be very disappointed when you pull out a pillowcase that looks nothing like the one you put in. The silkiness will disappear and you will be left with what looks like a standard cotton pillow case, albeit softer.

Just received mine. Ordered 2 and both received. Beautiful pillow cases. They are very smooth and comfortable and do stayFairly cool. They don’t slide around the bed and my hair isn’t such a mess in the morning when sleeping with these cases. Husband says he really likes them too!

Ordered as a gift and the recipient was ecstatic! It arrived in 7 days. The blush color is a very soft pink, fit her queen pillow perfectly with a zipper to keep it closed. I am happy with this purchase.

La funda la pedí para mi hija y le fascinó! Es muy cómoda, suave y se siente de buena calidad, a demás llego antes de lo esperado.

So far I've loved this pillowcase. The only thing I noticed is the material is see-through (thin), if placing over a patterned pillow.
