Great for lap swimming
What an absolute LIFESAVER! I have been swimming in an outdoor pool that doesn't have lane lines, so there's nothing to break the waves or splashing while I do laps. Without the snorkel I was fighting to get any sense of a breathing pattern down and would get frustrated and only do 500-800 yards. NOW? I just did a work out of 2,000 yards! It was a breeze because I was able to put my head down and focus on my stroke, kick and pull length and now worry about "ok will I actually be able to breathe this time". It is a GREAT too for a beginner or a pro. I'm still breaking it in, but it's reasonably comfortable. I'm also happy to report that they have maintained the same quality from back when I had one over a decade ago.

Great snorkel. If I could only find a good nose clip to go with it.
