Life Extension Wellness Code Muscle Strength & Restore Formula, 94.2 Grams

Over the past four months, I’ve noticed a significant increase in my upper-body strength, stamina, and muscle mass since I began using Wellness Code Muscle Strength & Restore Formula and the Wellness Code Whey Protein Isolate. I served in the military for 12 years and also worked as a personal trainer for special populations, so I understand the importance of maintaining strength and endurance. Although I no longer lift weights or run, upper-body strength is still important for my job. I work in the healthcare field, and I complete CPR training quarterly. If you’ve ever performed chest compressions, you know how physically exhausting they can be. Since adding Wellness Code Whey Protein Isolate to my routine, I’ve noticed that CPR training—and chest compressions in particular—feel much easier and less tiring. I’ve been very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend giving it a try. Female customer.

Tony Horton is the trainer who created P90X program. After becoming very ill and losing much of his muscle mass, he researched potential remedies. Watching his discoveries on CNBC piqued my interest. I have exercised most of my life but approaching 50 found myself overweight and suffering from aches, pains, digestive issues, psoriasis, and sleep issues. My first step was to change from the standard American diet to the Primal Diet recommenced by Mark Sisson. Changed my workout regime to 4 days a week X3 Bar resistance training and 2 days a week using Johnson & Johnson 7 Minute Workout app. This got me 12 lbs lighter and feeling much better after 4 months. Added this product per recommendation of Horton and writhing 2 months lost 13 lbs. while increasing muscle strength and endurance. Needless to say all of my chronic medical issues resolved themselves with this overall lifestyle change but this product really makes me look and feel younger. I am in as good shape now as I was playing sports in high school. The taste is truly horrible — like eating rocks — but the results are real and it is less than $1 per day per serving — way cheaper than protein powders. I highly recommend it.

This product is good however, it's very stingy on the contents. The taste is comparable to crushed aspirin, but when added to a shake, juice or tea the taste is better. They also, do not include a scoop which would make it so much easier to measure it out. I have purchased again because it has helped me, hoping they add more to the container and a scoop.

Love this in my protein every morning! No side effects! Will definitely order again!

Works for me, I take every other day with 1 glass of water. Easy to digest. I haven't had any issues thus far, no side effects. Life extension is the only brand I use for supplements. Their ingredients to me in my opinion are more natural then others.

Bought as fat loss and muscle building supplement according to a reputable study. It helped. Tastes bitter in water and alters the taste of smoothies. However, I welcomed the change in my protein shakes bc they're usually too sweet for me from artificial sugars. It cuts down on the after taste and the sweetness. Also drank it mixed with OJ alone and still palatable. Needs to be shaken vigorously as it tends to clump when stirred. My 1st container didn't come with a scoop but the 2nd one did. Weird.

I have been using this for about a month after seeing some posts on social media that indicated it had helped others. I can't definitely attribute my gains to this but I have noticed improvements in post work out recovery and muscularity. I mix a scoop into my post workout protein shake.
