I love it...
It was a little big for my horse, but able to be tied around the nose. I think it works great and have used it for over a year now.

Do not waste your money
Either they shipped the wrong thing or I got ripped off. I strongly believe it was a return passed off as new. The packaging was "off". The bridle and reins were gathered together by a zip tie and the label was stapled to the bag. My horse is small but this thing was pony-sized. It is not adjustable from the nose to the poll so when they say one-size, they weren't kidding. It did not come with any instructions and it took me a minute to figure that you slipped it over the nose and then behind the ears with the ridiculously long throat piece, which is adjustable, hanging down. It was so tight and so high up her nose that almost was in my poor horse's eyes. Thank goodness my little mare is lamb gentle and patient! Like I said, if this was the real deal, don't waste your money.

Great until...
Well it did great Durning my ride with my girl she didn't sling her head around like normal. But when we went to tie her temporary with it to adjust the saddle as it needed to be tightened because yep she is one of those horses who will suck in air until you get going and then the saddle becomes loose and you might end up on her side. So jumped off did a quick tie to a tree started adjusting the saddle and she barely moved her head and pop, there went one of the rings and the thin piece of flat shoe string looking material. I am going to buy a second one just next time I will have to bring with me her halter and lead rope. Wish it was made just a bit stronger!

Good if you just wanna try one to see if it works
Very lightweight and didn’t hold up very well. But for the price, give me a chance to try a bit less bridal!

Not good quality
Head stall is good but the reins are cheaply made too light and stretchy.. and the thread get pulled to easily.. Would return but I used it..

Fits great
My quarter horse loves this! He is a rescue, responsive to all my cues, and it fits great. Throughout our ride, the reins do stretch, and I gather to keep a light contact with his mouth. I like it because when he trips and fall to his knees, I don't feel like I yank on his mouth or pull him off balance. Update: The reins finally broke. So, the rein goes around a ring and weaves back into the rein (maybe an inch). The ring then clips to the strap the puts pressure on his nose. My horse was awesome, from a canter, he responded to my voice, leg and body cues and stopped. From there, I tied the end of the rein in a square knot around the ring. Unasthetic, but it is still functional two weeks later...

Love it!
My mare has wolf teeth and some times I just don’t like putting a bit in her mouth. This is perfect! The only thing I advise you to do is wear gloves because these “reins” are very stretchy and if your horse throws their head like mine does when she’s anxious it can give you rope burn. Also, I tie the rope under her cheeks because it only comes with a little round piece of metal and that’s not going to hold it. A single knot is enough to hold it and still easy to undo. This would be perfect for a horse who has manners and respects the rider on trail rides or just some basic arena work.
